About This Opportunity
This position offers the unique opportunity to establish and shape a neurosurgery program from the ground up. Our team is actively developing a comprehensive support staff infrastructure to ensure optimal clinical operations and patient outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in building a world‑class neurosurgical service line at our state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Qualifications:
Education: M.D., D.O.
Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Neurosurgery Residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery

As an integrated healthcare system, Orlando Health has joined forces with the nationally respected, physician‑led practice of Watson Clinic to bring exceptional healthcare to the communities of Polk County and the surrounding region. The combined strengths of this collaboration will be showcased with the summer 2026 opening of the Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital.
Areas throughout the new hospital will reflect the collaborative spirit between the two organizations. Experts from both Orlando Health and Watson Clinic have been heavily involved in the overall planning of the project, including design of the facility, selection of next‑generation technologies, and development of a comprehensive scope of specialized programs and services, with key programs to include cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, obstetrics, surgery and surgical oncology.
This state‑of‑the‑art facility will feature more than 300 inpatient beds, 69 emergency and observation beds, 11 operating rooms, four cardiac and interventional suites, and 18 beds in an intensive care unit that will grow to 36 at full build‑out. The hospital will support a wide offering of surgical and procedural services across multiple specialties. A robust cardiovascular program will offer diagnostic cardiology services upon opening, with the addition of PCI care soon after and further progressing to include structural heart disease and advanced electrophysiology (EP) programs. With a strong neurology focus on stroke and spine care, the hospital is expected to advance to a primary stroke center soon after opening with comprehensive stroke center to follow. A full obstetrical unit also will be highlighted on opening day with eight labor and delivery rooms, two designated C‑section operating rooms and more than 25 postpartum rooms. A 12‑bed neonatal intensive care unit debut shortly after the hospital opens.

Experience
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Integrated Supply Chain, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Transportation Management, Planning/Inventory Management, Distribution Management, Analytics, Technical Systems, or Customer Management.
Proven track record to handle multiple priorities, establish clear targets and objectives, and deliver projects on time, including oversight of third-party providers through defined KPIs and performance metrics.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, JDE, BI, BY TMS, and other relational database sources to support metrics, dashboards, management reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for North America Transportation Operations.

The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) serves as the senior people and culture leader for the organization. This role is responsible for setting and executing the company's HR strategy while also owning the hands-on execution of all core HR functions. As the senior HR leader, the VP of HR partners closely with the CEO and executive team to scale the organization, mitigate risk, and align people strategy with business objectives.
This position requires executive-level judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and scale an HR function in a fast-growing, multi-state environment. While the role will initially operate without direct reports, the VP of HR is expected to design a scalable HR infrastructure and grow the HR team as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and risk management.
Develop and execute a scalable HR strategy aligned with business growth and operational goals.
Build, own, and continuously improve all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and offboarding.
Design and lead the company's annual performance management process, leadership development efforts, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws across a multi-state, remote workforce; proactively identify and mitigate risk.
Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and executive-level coaching conversations.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook documentation.
Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, including vendor management and market benchmarking.
Design and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
Establish HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Design an HR team structure and roadmap to support future growth; hire and lead HR staff as the organization scales.
Remain hands-on with HR administration and execution as a department of one until additional staff are added.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior or executive-level HR leadership
Demonstrated experience building and scaling an HR function in a small, fast-growing organization.
Proven ability to support executives, influence leadership decisions, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization; Experience partnering with and coaching executives and senior leaders.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business outcomes.
Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law and compliance.
Comfort operating both strategically and tactically in an evolving environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and diplomatically.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and sound judgment.

This is a full time position offering a flexible schedule on 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), or 3rd shift (11pm-7am)! Every other weekend is required!
CNA or Home Health Aide certification is REQUIRED!
The CNA / Home Health Aide (HHA) will provide assistance with daily living activities for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. You may be required to respond to emergency calls and situations, document and report care provided, and transport residents to various functions or locations. Familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia, and a willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role.

The CNA / Home Health Aide (HHA) will:
Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, eating, etc.
Assist with personal and household chores, such as tidying up room, errands, delivering mail and/or newspapers.
Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs as needed.
Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently.
Observe and monitor residents for behavioral changes and/or adverse reactions to medications or treatment plans. Communicate any changes to clinical staff immediately, as well as document changes thoroughly.
Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor's requests and correct environment hazards in a timely, appropriate and safe manner.
Observe community policies and procedures regarding resident and team member safety, attendance, timeliness, house rules, teamwork, and resident service.
Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times.
Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire and safety regulations at all times, to ensure the safety and well-being of all community residents.
Perform all other duties as requested.
Education Requirements:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Caregiver, CNA or Home Health Aide certification is REQUIRED.
Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.
This position requires the candidate to understand, read, write and effectively verbally communicate in English.

The Project manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction project with the management team from initiation to completion. The PM should understand the project plans, requirements, and specifications, ensuring the project stays on budget and schedule. The project manager shall know the means, methods, and construction costs. Must be confident working on projects of varying sizes and capable of maintaining good communication and record keeping of project documents. Individuals must be self-motivated and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead residential construction projects from start to finish.
Be responsible for project planning and budget management.
Create and maintain the subcontractors/vendors' bidding list.
Send the bid package to prospective subcontractors/vendors. Receive, descope, and level bids. Draft subcontracts.
Manage the permit process.
Develop and manage the Site logistics plan and Project Specific Safety manual in coordination with the Superintendent.
Develop and manage subcontractor's schedule of values and review and process monthly requisitions.
Manage change order process.
Manage the submittal log and submittal process in Project Sight.
Collect the subcontractor lead times for the Project CPM Schedule and update materials/equipment; this information is required to be able to provide an accurate schedule to the owner.
Manage the Request for Information RFI process.
Assist in the development of project CPM schedule and manage project schedule updates.
Organizing, leading, and documenting project meetings. Keep a clear record of all project and subcontractor meeting minutes in Project Sight.
Be aware of the quality control aspects of each activity, such as inspections, testing, commissioning, etc.
Responsible for Document Control and maintaining a complete set of current electronic drawings and specifications and a complete set of current paper drawings and specifications (as necessary).
Manage the Owner's Payment, Subcontractors' payments, and Invoices from Vendors. Enter the SOVs and review pencil requisitions.
Manage the closeout documents process.
Utilize Project Sight for all project controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager on stick-framed residential / multi-family / mixed-use projects.
Must have ground-up vertical construction with strong worksite experience.
Some estimating experience preferred.
Must have a minimum of 30 hours of OSHA training.
Must be proficient with the drawings and the details associated with the project.
Advanced skills with MS Office Suite.
Trimble / Project Sight Software experience.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a good team player.
Effective written and oral communicator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works in collaboration with physicians and other health care providers to provide health care across the continuum of care to assigned patients.
Performs hospital rounds of new consults and follow-up patients and assists in discharge of patients.
Obtains patient medical, physical and psycho-social history and performs comprehensive health assessment including physical exam, based on age and history.
Conducts non-invasive preventive screening procedures based on age and history.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program; NYS licensed
