Lead Extruder Operator Qualifications and Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production role involving plastics. • Working knowledge and experience operating an extruder. • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisor/lead role. • Exceptional track record of maintaining cleanliness / 5S in all production areas. • Effective communication both spoken and written.
