KEY RESULTS: Assure all products are properly shrink-wrapped in a timely manner in to meet production requirements. Inspect all packages for proper seal. Work closely with label operator and stacker to maintain 80% efficiency. Maintain a clean work area. Comply with Company policies and safety procedures. B. SPECIFIC TASKS: (Describe the tasks in as detailed steps as possible) 1. Receive label schedule from line leader 2. Prepare the machine by checking the shrink film and temperature of tunnel. 3. Check can codes and label being filled into tray 4. Check can code and UPC code being ink jetted onto tray. 5. Check glue temperature of tray maker 6. Begin running machine 7. Work closely with Label Operator 8. Remove all can products not being packaged from work area 9. Report any jams or problems to line leader 10. If any problems arise, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR MACHINE, notify Supervisor or line leader 11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or line leader 12.
