Laid back and a very fun environment
Co workers would take advantage of the tip pool and made other people work harder by pretending to work
Cafeteria food
I was taught a high level of customer service and was involved with a high level celebrity clientele.
My hours were overnight so that was literally the only negative thing about working there, other than that it was a great experience.
High level compensation.
I loved working for Montage. The pay was amazing and every employee knew exactly what was expected of them.
There were limited locations due to it being a new company. I would've liked to stay with the company.
We were provided free meals and dry cleaning.
