Lead Baker The Lead Baker is responsible for prepping, preparing, and executing all menu items to specification and follows directions of Executive Pastry Chef daily. Creating Wellness and Fitness experiences that align with guest interests and ability levels. Supporting public relations and marketing requests relative to Spa programming. Establishing beneficial partnerships with all product, equipment, and supply vendors that include competitive pricing, technical support, training programs and promotions. QUALIFICATIONS High school or equivalent education required Bachelor's Degree preferred 3 years spa management experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment required, with a strong emphasis in guest relations. Must possess strong business and organizational skills as well as have creative energies and the ability to motivate and inspire a talented and diverse spa team. Exceptional skills in running a large spa and salon operation. Creating a supportive and nurturing environment which consistently delivers a spa experience that exceeds guest and Associates expectations. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to sit at a desk for at least 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day. This includes travelling to and from meetings.
