Your Leadership
Serve as a key member of the Stewarding team
Responsible for managing the Resort's kitchens and heart of house areas, ensuring a clean and sanitary workplace, and supervising Stewarding Associates
Recruit, interview, and train Associates
In charge of training and development of all Stewards
Create and distribute a weekly schedule for all Stewarding Associates
Manage all inventory and storage of food and beverage equipment
Communicate daily with Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, Outlet and Banquet Managers to obtain and provide information regarding current status of daily activities without experiencing shortages or excessive inventory situations
Order supplies and maintain proper levels of inventory
Ensure all ware washing equipment is in working order
Maintain cleanliness in all heart of house areas including kitchens and walk-ins
Deliver food for banquet events and breaking down stations for the conclusion of events
Drive and maintain the kitchen recycling programs
Assist the Executive Chef upon request with special projects and initiatives
Monitor and enforce all resort policies and procedures through established human resource processes with assistance of the Executive Chef
Review daily payroll report/records and maintain labor cost within established budgetary limits
Lead departmental meetings to effectively communicate with department Associates
Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Experience Planners are the dream-weavers. Job Description
SUMMARY
Provide a fun and safe atmosphere for all children participating in Paintbox program through guided activities, crafts, and learning opportunities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead all daily activities and ensure that all guests are participating.
Responsible for safety and security of all children participating in Paintbox programs and activities.
Responsible for programs daily setup and clean up including theme days.
Greet all guests with a warm welcome and a fond farewell; ensuring that all children's information/release forms are accurately filled out and the children are signed in on the sign-in sheet by parents/guardians before leaving Paintbox.
Responsible for posting all charges to rooms and credit cards.
Inform children and parents of daily craft and activities.
Handle reservation requests; take incoming phone calls, meeting all phone etiquette standards.
Properly communicate with the resort staff and resort guests all of the present and upcoming programs, offerings, and family activities through Paintbox.
Maintain relationships and communication with past and future guests with pre/post visit correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled/mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
High School or equivalent is required.
Prior experience working with children.
Must be at least 18 yrs of age.
Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Most tasks are performed outdoors in variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, windy and wet weather. Temperature can be extreme but is usually moderate. Frequently works near moving/mechanical parts. Lead Baker
The Lead Baker is responsible for prepping, preparing, and executing all menu items to specification and follows directions of Executive Pastry Chef daily. Follows all hotel policies and procedures. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Preparing the highest quality food products for the restaurant and banquets, according to menu descriptions and directions:
Be responsible for producing all morning pastries for event and outlets.
Delivering product to outlets and events as needed.
Train new associates and interns on the breakfast station.
Assist with bread production: dough mixing, forming and baking.
Maintaining station pars and forecasting product needed for large events.
Prepare food items with quality and consistency.
The work station must be set up based on menu items, banquet event orders and specials, and ensures all equipment is ready for the shift.
At all times, proper sanitation and safety guidelines must be followed, and all kitchen work and storage areas must be kept clean and organized.
The pastry cook must inspect all food products to maintain proper appearance, colors and appeal.
All food storage must be in proper containers in refrigerators and freezers, to maintain freshness
QUALIFICATIONS
High school degree required or GED equivalent
Extensive baking experience and ability
Ability to read recipes and follow directions
Ability to efficiently and safely handle knives, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment such as slicers, grinders, choppers, and mixers
Visual acuity for near, depth, and color perception, reading menus and writing orders, and checking appearance of all food products
Able to demonstrate culinary techniques such as cutting, cooking principles, plate presentations and proper sanitation and safety practices
Two years of previous restaurant cooking experience in a high end restaurant, or educational equivalent
Positive personality and good interpersonal skills for interfacing with members, guests, and staff
Ability to make sound, common sense, and rational decisions in performance of duties
Speak, read, and write the primary language (English) spoken in the work environment
Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Walking and standing are required throughout the working day; the length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. The individual must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.

Massage Therapist
SUMMARY
The Spa Massage Therapist position will provide exceptional massage and spa treatments with the highest levels of professionalism, a customized approach and over-the-top-hospitality to guests of the Spa. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:
Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner including, but not limited to, massage, wellness therapies, body treatments, foot soaks/treatments, etc.
Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts and accessories provided.
Maintain an agreed upon minimum upsell percentage.
Attend pre/post shift meetings
Participate fully in maintaining backbar expenses
Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of the Spa
Participate in all advanced training without exception
Escorts guests to and from treatment rooms in a graceful manner, attending to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.
Assist in providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable yourself and spa cleanliness of the Spa.
Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring room is immaculate at all times (tables draped, counters and products clean).
Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.
Assist with cleanliness of all spa areas including all locker rooms.
Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.
Assist in any other function as requested by Spa Manager, Director of Rooms or General Manager as it pertains to the spa, lounges, indoor/outdoor area, retail area, pool area.
Participate fully in any/all promotions within and outside the spa, hotel or at off-site events.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school or equivalent education
Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English
Must have a valid SC license from the Board of Massage Therapy
Continuing Education as required to maintain massage license/certification.
5+ years' experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
Exceptional skill in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and at least two of the following:
Acupressure
Ashiatsu
Ayurvedic i.e. Abhyanga, etc.
Clinical Deep Tissue
CranioSacral - Upledger or equivalent

Strong experience in more than five modalities as described above.
Knowledge of botanical ingredients, thalassotherapy, reflexology, Ayurveda or any holistic wellness field/modality
Knowledge of general wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, etc.
Advanced holistic and clinical training
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires walking and giving direction most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Your Journey
Clean, transport, and store all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and equipment used in the food and beverage operations
Ensure the restaurant and banquet kitchens are consistently stocked with the proper amounts of all equipment

Maintenance Technician I
SUMMARY
The Engineering Maintenance Technician I will be responsible for performing a variety of journey level skilled carpentry tasks in the repair and maintenance of the property and facility, as well as a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility. Participate in re-keying of facility.

Train to become proficient in specific area (electrical, plumbing painting, carpentry, etc.) to become a specialist in a skill is a prerequisite for promotion to Maintenance Technician II.

Accounting Manager
SUMMARY
The Accounting Manager will assist the Assistant Director of Finance in providing financial leadership to the business. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

Reviews and validates that all employee gratuities are distributed in accordance with established hotel procedures. Consolidates departmental reports and transmit to Payroll on a bi-weekly basis.

Prepares balance sheet reconciliations, complete with supporting back-up, on a monthly basis. Any reconciling items should be cleared monthly.
Ensures timely and accurate completion of Daily Revenue Report, Daily Labor Report, Complimentary Guest Checks and Cashier Over/Short reports.
Reviews all revenue adjustments, paid out vouchers and F&B complimentary guest checks. Scrutinize checks for reasonableness and proper authorization. Processes approval and/or corrective action comments as warranted. Routes to Executive team for additional review and approval.
Ensures timely and accurate deposits of all cash, check and credit card receipts.
Reviews and approves all petty cash purchases. Verifies accuracy of charges and completeness of proper approval and receipt. Assigns appropriate general ledger coding for payment.
Assists in preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have working knowledge of all jobs in Accounting and Purchasing
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Must have three years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and analytical work, preferably in a hotel finance environment.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Must possess initiative and drive; have broad relevant financial knowledge with strong management and leadership skills.

Your Leadership
Daily operation of the Banquet department, including recruiting, scheduling, staffing, train, and supervision of all staff

Your Journey
Daily set-up and break-down of banquet events in a safe and efficient manner
Own the full-cycle process of cleaning and setting of meeting rooms and banquet functions
Vacuum floors, cleaning of walls, windows, and mirrors; proper care, movement, and storage of equipment, including tables, chairs, risers, dance floors and lecterns as required
Properly controlling and storing meeting room supplies, such as linens, pads, pens/pencils, and meeting amenities as required
Assist in servicing meeting rooms by removing trash, clearing dirty plates, cups, glasses, and/or linens; straightening chairs; and replenishing water as specified or requested
Deliver on guest's expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs

Bellperson / Valet Attendant
SUMMARY
The Bellperson / Valet Attendant is responsible for greeting the guest with a warm and sincere welcome.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
Welcoming guests to the hotel
Directing guests and vehicles on the front drive
Parking and retrieving guest and hotel vehicles
Being knowledgeable about hotel rooms, services and features and relaying information to guests
Assisting with luggage and doing hotel room orientations
Delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms
Following hotel guidelines and talking points.
This position may also include driving hotel vehicles off property short distances for guest drop-offs and pick-ups or as requested for item retrievals.
QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree preferred.
Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Exceptional guest recovery skills.
Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must possess a positive attitude.
Must be willing to participate in a learning environment.
Must integrate company values throughout all interactions.
Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time approximately six hours. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

SUMMARY
The Director of Information Technology will be responsible for the successful management and performance of all IT operations on the property and for adhering to Corporate IT Standards and Policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:
Develop, schedule, staff and lead the property IT Department to successfully provide around the clock technology support
Implement efficient processes and procedures to effectively handle property level requests for support, and follow approved MHR procedures for escalating and coordinating with corporate IT and vendors
Provision and resolve technology problems as requested or reported
Implement, maintain, backup and administer all installed technology to meet vendor requirements, industry standard practices, the requirements of the property, and policies and procedures as developed by corporate IT
Implement and adhere to all routine security and compliance requirements and documentation as required or assigned
Administer, maintain and provide network level support for Hotel, Food & Beverage outlets, meeting events and other venues. Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components
Perform fault isolation, problem determination and problem resolution of standard set network and server problems to ensure proper integration of software and hardware components
Recommend appropriate action where performance is below objective or where capacity may be nearing its threshold
Install and maintain workstations and determine appropriate installation and/or upgrade schedule
Maintain complete and thorough knowledge of new releases of network relevant hospitality systems software
Document disaster recovery procedures and perform production turnover procedures with all applications and systems
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of process server and related network functions
Create and implement an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the department
Creating, monitoring, and managing an IT budget to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support the organization's technology needs while also controlling costs.
Completing regulatory and internal technology reviews and audits for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. identifying and addressing any potential weaknesses or vulnerabilities in the organization's IT infrastructure
IT asset management, including the oversight of hardware and software inventory processes. Ensure accurate tracking, maintenance, and optimization of IT assets throughout their lifecycle to support organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
7 plus years' experience in IT
Hotel Technology applications knowledge such as Oracle Opera Cloud, Micros POS, Amadeus, Alice and Delphi S&C strongly preferred
Extensive understanding of network and server infrastructure
Extensive knowledge and familiarity with PCI, PII and GDPR
Microsoft desktop and server OS (Windows 10,11, Server 2012 and above)
VMware and ESXI support and deployment
Must be able to multitask with ease
Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer
Must possess advanced computational ability and computer skills
Budgetary analysis capabilities required
PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred
Two years' experience at a hotel/resort preferred
Customer service background preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to exert a well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular basis. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity to fulfill tasks. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment.

SUMMARY
The Assistant Director of Spa is responsible for management and day-to-day operations for the department's development of long-term goals and objectives, support of the resort's Vision, Mission and Values; including profitable financial management, effective leadership, excellent customer service skills, and supervision of department requirements and standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assisting with the screening and selection of all qualified Spa candidates, communicating performance expectations, and providing Associates with on-going feedback, mentoring and conducting of progressive discipline and performance evaluations.
Providing Associates with coaching and counseling as needed to achieve performance objectives and reach their fullest potential.
Overseeing operations in all Spa departments including: Therapy rooms, Guest Reception, Fitness, Pool and Spa Retail operations.
Assisting with the developing and monitoring of financial strategies to increase revenues while controlling operating expenses, monitoring annual budget and forecasts, reviewing monthly financial statements, utilizing yield management strategies, implementing inventory management and purchasing procedures, as well as monitoring and adjusting staffing levels, spa service appointments and operational expenses, to maximize spa profitability.
Developing and enforcing standard operating systems.
Coordinating new hire and continuing training programs and ensuring the facility is maintained to luxury spa standards.
Strategically and proactively developing programs, marketing initiatives and promotions to increase revenue generating opportunities, enhance the guest experience, and increase the repeat guest base.
Creating Wellness and Fitness experiences that align with guest interests and ability levels.
Supporting public relations and marketing requests relative to Spa programming.
Establishing beneficial partnerships with all product, equipment, and supply vendors that include competitive pricing, technical support, training programs and promotions.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school or equivalent education required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 years spa management experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment required, with a strong emphasis in guest relations.
Must possess strong business and organizational skills as well as have creative energies and the ability to motivate and inspire a talented and diverse spa team.
Exceptional skills in running a large spa and salon operation.
Creating a supportive and nurturing environment which consistently delivers a spa experience that exceeds guest and Associates expectations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to sit at a desk for at least 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day. This includes travelling to and from meetings. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
