Room Attendant
SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for performing all daily tasks associated with housekeeping duties for cleaning guest rooms. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties include; although are not limited to:
Cleaning and resetting guest bedroom and bathroom areas
Changing linens, making beds, organizing collateral on tables, straightening furniture, dusting and vacuuming of rooms, emptying trash
Being courteous and helpful to guests, including reporting any guest requests or preferences

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of the job, the Housekeeping Room Attendant is required to stand, walk, handle or feel objects, tools, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk, hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and sometimes lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Front Office Supervisor
SUMMARY

Dual Massage Therapist and Esthetician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform direct spa services for guests including Massage Therapies, Body Treatments, Facials and Waxing.
Possess a dynamic and extensive level of skill that can highly personalize each guest's experience according to their individual wellness goals and with the upmost consideration of safety and security.
Prompt with starting and ending treatments, being able to work within acutely defined time frames, in accordance with Spa Pendry treatment protocols and with high standards of luxury service in voice, action and intention.
Practice highly anticipatory service, knowing and referencing guest information including services, repeat visits and other spa experiences booked during their stay, to create a personalized, authentic, and seamless experience for every guest.
Graciously and thoughtfully provide guests suggestions and recommendations for services and homecare with the guest's best interest in mind, empowering our guests to select choices without strong selling or pushing.
Maintain the highest level of ethics and professionalism in voice and action, maintaining guest safety and comfort levels throughout spa services and adapt accordingly with grace. Discreet and secured draping techniques are always practiced, as well as all standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by California law and Pendry expectations.
Prepare and reset treatment rooms to Pendry expectations including thorough surface cleaning, table and counter presentation and stock levels. Be productive with downtime.
Perform prep work, equipment maintenance, properly clean and restock treatment rooms, dispensary, and storage spaces to ensure a seamless work environment.
Always follow Pendry grooming guidelines, and courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests.
Have a passion for ongoing learning regarding Pendry products, services and standards of luxury as well as personally pursue continuing education opportunities. A thorough knowledge of Spa Pendry services, indications, contraindications, and ingredients is maintained.
Equipment and supplies are properly cared for and concerns are reported in a timely manner. Proper amount of product and supplies are used in accordance with the treatment protocol to assist with controls and minimize waste.
Offer flexibility with schedule and availability to meet the variable demand of spa services and work as a team to ensure a work life balance.
Performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Valid Massage Certification from the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC).
Valid Esthetician License from the State Board of California.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Massage Therapist and Esthetician in a similar role and environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write, and understand English.
Able to work holidays, mornings, evenings, and weekends.
PREFERRED
Experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment that follows the highest standards of guest service; preferably one which has attained a 4, or 5-star Spa rating by Forbes.
Additional certificates for specialty treatments and modalities.
Formal education or degree in Hospitality.

SUMMARY

Nail Technician
SUMMARY
The Spa Nail Technician position will provide exceptional nail services including meticulous sanitation and disinfection procedures, above-perfect polish application, soothing massage and nail spa treatments with the highest levels of professionalism, a customized approach and over-the-top-hospitality to guests of the Spa. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:
Provide nail services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner including, but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, foot soaks/treatments, etc.
Provide nail and spa services both indoors and outdoors.
Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts and accessories provided.
Maintain an agreed upon minimum upsell percentage.
Attend pre/post shift meetings
Participate fully in maintaining backbar expenses
Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of the Spa i.e. disinfection of pedicure stations
Participate in all advanced training without exception
Escorts guests to and from treatment areas in a graceful manner, attending to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.
Assist in providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable yourself and spa cleanliness of the Spa.
Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring treatment area is immaculate at all times (manicure/pedicure stations are clean, pedicure areas are disinfected and labeled “Clean” or “Disinfected”, keep counters and products clean).
Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.
Assist with cleanliness of all spa areas including all locker rooms.
Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.
Assist in any other function as requested by Spa Manager, Director of Rooms or General Manager as it pertains to the spa, lounges, indoor/outdoor area, retail area, pool area.

Guest Relations Agent
SUMMARY
The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for conducting guest pre-arrival reach out to assist with arrangements, activities and experiences. This position is responsible for ensuring a wonderful guest experience through excellent customer service during their stay. This position plays an integral role in the guests' stay as they are often one of the first individuals that a guest interacts with.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Front Office Supervisor
SUMMARY
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director of Front Office in managing the day-to-day operations for guest reception, guest services, reservations, and concierge; including profitable financial management and proactive strategic leadership. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Building Successful Relationships

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate should have one year prior experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms.
Must also be a high school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate will promote a positive image of the property by displaying a pleasant and upbeat personality during each guest interaction and be comfortable responding to and carrying out specific guest needs and requests.
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms is of utmost importance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand, walk; handle or feel objects, tools, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk, hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Nail Technician
SUMMARY
The Spa Nail Technician position will provide exceptional nail services including meticulous sanitation and disinfection procedures, above-perfect polish application, soothing massage and nail spa treatments with the highest levels of professionalism, a customized approach and over-the-top-hospitality to guests of the Spa. Your role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:
* Provide nail services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner including, but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, foot soaks/treatments, etc.
* Provide nail and spa services both indoors and outdoors.
* Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts and accessories provided.
* Maintain an agreed upon minimum upsell percentage.
* Attend pre/post shift meetings
* Participate fully in maintaining backbar expenses
* Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of the Spa i.e. disinfection of pedicure stations
* Participate in all advanced training without exception
* Escorts guests to and from treatment areas in a graceful manner, attending to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.
* Assist in providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable yourself and spa cleanliness of the Spa.
* Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
* Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring treatment area is immaculate at all times (manicure/pedicure stations are clean, pedicure areas are disinfected and labeled "Clean" or "Disinfected", keep counters and products clean).
* Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.
* Assist with cleanliness of all spa areas including all locker rooms.
* Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.
* Assist in any other function as requested by Spa Manager, Director of Rooms or General Manager as it pertains to the spa, lounges, indoor/outdoor area, retail area, pool area.
* Participate fully in any/all promotions within and outside the spa, hotel or at off-site events.
QUALIFICATIONS
* High school or equivalent education
* Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English
* Valid Nail Technician license from the California Department of Consumer Affairs - Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
* Continuing Education as required to maintain license/certification.
* 2+ years' experience as a Nail Technician in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
* Exceptional skill and the ability to stay on time with nail service schedule

Guest Relations Agent
SUMMARY
The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for conducting guest pre-arrival reach out to assist with arrangements, activities and experiences. This position is responsible for ensuring a wonderful guest experience through excellent customer service during their stay. This position plays an integral role in the guests' stay as they are often one of the first individuals that a guest interacts with.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties include; although are not limited to:
Greeting guests with friendly and sincere welcome
Providing information and assistance to guests regarding city and hotel attractions or points of interest
Respond and assist with guest requests for special arrangements, rentals or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, etc.) by making preparations or identifying appropriate providers.
Familiarizing oneself with each day's arrival and group activities
Maintaining communication with Reception and other departments regarding guest activity or special needs as necessary
Review, log, and maintain guest preferences, traces, and profiles.
Develop and maintain positive guest communication prior to arrival and post departure to cultivate lasting relationships.
Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Engineering) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree preferred
Minimum of two years' experience in an upscale hotel preferred

Excellent telephone etiquette
