Room Attendant
SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for performing all daily tasks associated with housekeeping duties for cleaning guest rooms. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties include; although are not limited to:
Cleaning and resetting guest bedroom and bathroom areas
Changing linens, making beds, organizing collateral on tables, straightening furniture, dusting and vacuuming of rooms, emptying trash
Being courteous and helpful to guests, including reporting any guest requests or preferences
Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner as outlined by Housekeeping leadership team
Performing additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
Promoting a positive image of the property by displaying a pleasant and upbeat personality during each guest interaction and being comfortable responding to and carrying out specific guest needs and requests
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of the job, the Housekeeping Room Attendant is required to stand, walk, handle or feel objects, tools, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk, hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and sometimes lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Exert physical effort in being able to clean multiple rooms per shift.

Purchasing Clerk
SUMMARY
The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for ordering and receiving all orders to ensure proper intake of items ordered and storage of those shipments. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:
Receives various orders either non-consumable or Food & Beverage, checks for quantity, quality, breakage and compares packing lists and invoices with Purchase Orders.
Completes a credit memo for any returns or breakage.
Directs deliveries to various departments and/or individuals on a pre-set delivery schedule.
Receives all incoming package deliveries from UPS, FedEx, DHL, Golden State Overnight, etc and records incoming appropriately and accurately.
Verifies named receiving individuals or guest via the Opera system.
Processes all outgoing shipping and post all charges within the Opera system.
Completes a daily receiving report and distributes accordingly.

Dual Massage Therapist and Esthetician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform direct spa services for guests including Massage Therapies, Body Treatments, Facials and Waxing.
Possess a dynamic and extensive level of skill that can highly personalize each guest's experience according to their individual wellness goals and with the upmost consideration of safety and security.
Prompt with starting and ending treatments, being able to work within acutely defined time frames, in accordance with Spa Pendry treatment protocols and with high standards of luxury service in voice, action and intention.
Practice highly anticipatory service, knowing and referencing guest information including services, repeat visits and other spa experiences booked during their stay, to create a personalized, authentic, and seamless experience for every guest.
Graciously and thoughtfully provide guests suggestions and recommendations for services and homecare with the guest's best interest in mind, empowering our guests to select choices without strong selling or pushing.
Maintain the highest level of ethics and professionalism in voice and action, maintaining guest safety and comfort levels throughout spa services and adapt accordingly with grace. Discreet and secured draping techniques are always practiced, as well as all standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by California law and Pendry expectations.
Prepare and reset treatment rooms to Pendry expectations including thorough surface cleaning, table and counter presentation and stock levels. Be productive with downtime.
Perform prep work, equipment maintenance, properly clean and restock treatment rooms, dispensary, and storage spaces to ensure a seamless work environment.
Always follow Pendry grooming guidelines, and courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests.
Have a passion for ongoing learning regarding Pendry products, services and standards of luxury as well as personally pursue continuing education opportunities. A thorough knowledge of Spa Pendry services, indications, contraindications, and ingredients is maintained.
Equipment and supplies are properly cared for and concerns are reported in a timely manner. Proper amount of product and supplies are used in accordance with the treatment protocol to assist with controls and minimize waste.

SUMMARY
The Spa Nail Technician position will provide exceptional nail services including meticulous sanitation and disinfection procedures, above-perfect polish application, soothing massage and nail spa treatments with the highest levels of professionalism, a customized approach and over-the-top-hospitality to guests of the Spa. Housekeeping Houseperson
SUMMARY
The Houseperson works closely with the Room Attendants, supporting them in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire hotel. This position plays an integral role in the Housekeeping team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties include; although are not limited to:
Removing trash from work areas to the loading dock/dumpster and removing trash and linen from cleaning carts and housekeeping closets

SUMMARY
The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for conducting guest pre-arrival reach out to assist with arrangements, activities and experiences. SUMMARY
