As the **Sales Leader of Career/Professional** , you will lead a high-energy, goal-oriented team of professionals who believe in the power and joy of learning. A Brief Overview

Supervise and mentor the professional development of faculty and staff.

Review all proposals for capstone projects.
Maintain knowledge of student progress and performance in capstone courses and while on his/her capstone experience.
Assist program director with maintaining ARC-PA accreditation and program evaluation.
Participate in reviewing and modifying the program's curriculum.
Participate in leadership and/or service to the community and university.
Additional duties include teaching the assigned course load, advising students, administering scholarships, and participating in service.
Qualifications Education/Experience
Doctorate Degree required.
Doctorate degree in a related field awarded by an institution with regional accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Experience with capstone mentorship and/or capstone coordination is preferred.

**What You'll Do Here:**
The Tax Analyst position is responsible for assisting the tax team with preparing the Company's U.S. federal and state income tax returns, and tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. The candidate will also research solutions to tax issues and assist with tax planning projects. **Responsibilities**

PATHS Therapeutic After School Program Fall 2025, Mt. Hope Family Center
This program is a clinical intervention designed to build social skills and emotion identity and development with children ages 6-11 from the city of Rochester, some of whom have histories of complex trauma and/or behavioral challenges. Counselors work directly with the children developing and implementing the Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies (PATHS) skills curriculum and problem solving any needs that may arise.
Fall 2025, our program will run beginning with training. Training is required for program participation and will be held on:
* Monday 9/15, Wednesday 9/17
* Monday 9/22, Wednesday 9/24 & Thursday 9/25
* All training days run 3:30pm-8:00pm.
Program will run on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on 9/29/2025-12/10/2025.
The children are present for program from 4:15pm to 6:15pm. Staff are required for this time with additional time commitments before and after scheduled program times (sometimes as early as 2:30pm and as late as 7:30pm).
Program staff must have flexibility within these time frames. There may also be some remote work required to complete lesson plans on non-program days.
Counselors must be able to commit to ALL days of training and program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work collaboratively with co-counselors to plan and implement classroom lesson utilizing the PATHS Curriculum for classroom of 6-8 assigned children.
Includes managing behaviors, using behavior management and reward system to encourage development of positive social emotional habits and coping skills, as well as working collaboratively with program supervisor to support any crisis intervention events and to monitor any clinical concerns for program children.
Participate in group and individual supervision meetings with direct supervisor to problem solve classroom management, behavioral and co-counseling challenges.
Bus monitoring to support safe and efficient transportation of children to and from program, includes communicating with assistant program coordinator around transportation changes as well as Mt. Hope Family Center bus drivers to ensure adherence to bus rules and regulations (seat belt wearing, appropriate volume etc.)
Group lesson planning and preparation-must meet one time per week face to face with co-counselors in order to plan weekly lessons and classroom structure including preparation of any activity materials needed
Other duties as assigned.

Contribute to research and teaching in any discipline with research activity at Montana Technological University. These disciplines include:
biological sciences, chemical sciences, earth sciences and engineering, natural resource engineering fields, restoration ecology, environmental sciences and engineering, materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, industrial hygiene, mathematics, computer science, data science, and related disciplines.
These post-doctoral opportunities involve research (67% to 75%) and teaching (25% to 33%) at the undergraduate and graduate levels, publication, and grant writing to contribute to research projects at Montana Tech and prepare for academic research/teaching careers. Extensive laboratory facilities, field research equipment, a nanotechnology clean room, and a high-performance computer (HPC) cluster with 3-D visualization capability are available on campus.
A recent or imminent Ph.D. is required in a field applicable to the listed research areas. Individuals with strength in experimentation, process development, modeling, field research, simulation, or theory or any combination thereof are encouraged to apply.
