Key Responsibilities:
Lifestyle & Household Management
Logistics: Dry cleaning, and coordinate the movement of personal items between West Chelsea and Bellport residences, manage wardrobe/styling
Staff Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and scheduler for household staff, including the driver and housekeeper.
Events & Social: Assist in planning dinner parties, fundraisers, and industry events. Manage personal reservations and maintain a thoughtful gifting calendar for clients and friends.
Business & Administrative Support
Scheduling: Master complex calendaring for professional and social engagements.
Inbox Management: Organize emails, flag priorities, and handle correspondence with high discretion.
Finance & Ops: Assist with personal bill paying, expenses, and travel logistics (flights/hotels).
Team Support: Coordinate with the Director of Operations and Marketing team to ensure the Founder's days run smoothly.

Program Overview:
Our externship program is flexible and will meet each student's educational institutional needs. You can choose the department that most piques your interest, or rotate through different hospital areas daily during your two- to eight-week stay for a broader experience. Our externships are primarily observational and involve shadowing the attending veterinarians in 10- to 12-hour shifts, four to five days per week. Our hospital offers the following:

Assists in patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures. Assist with handling and care of patient belongings and other personal property.
Answers patient call lights, telephone, and paging system and responds as appropriate.
Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, performs routine treatment procedures such as enemas, application of appliances for heat and cold.
Able to release, remove, and reapply restraints to patient under the direction of an RN. Ensures patient is in proper position and alignment.
Assist Registered Nurse and/or LVN/LPN with complicated patient treatment procedures.
Serves and removes patient meal tray in timely manner. Assists with feeding and/or preparing items such as opening milk container, cutting food for patient.

Must read, write and speak fluent English.
