The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for an Attending Psychiatrist in our adult inpatient psychiatry unit. The successful candidate for this position will provide clinical treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team with a collective focus on compassionate, patient - centered, equitable care, participate in supervision and training for 3rd and 4th year medical students and Psychiatry residents and join a collegial and supportive Department committed to career and academic development, physician and family wellness, diversity and inclusion and excellence in patient care and medical education.

Faculty appointment available commensurate with qualifications at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. There is opportunity to participate in faculty practice and optional evening and weekend coverage of our 3 Bronx hospitals for additional experience and compensation.

In addition to a competitive salary of $265,000-$300,000, we offer the opportunity to make more income with additional call responsibilities and productivity incentives. LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.

Certified in training to use EPIC and must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel/word/ etc )
Good use of Epic Billing system - understanding the process of posting payments against claims
