In this market development-focused role, you will lead therapy awareness initiatives across a defined territory, partnering with referring physicians, implanting teams, and hospital systems to grow patient adoption. Working in collaboration with territory managers and clinical specialists, you will educate healthcare professionals, optimize referral pathways, and create strategic programs that support procedural volume growth and improved patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Grow therapy awareness by educating referring physicians and staff, identifying patient pathways, and developing pull-through strategies to ensure implantation
* Develop programmatic solutions to improve operational efficiencies, increase capacity, and enhance the patient funnel
* Build strong relationships with referring providers, implanting physicians, clinical coordinators, and hospital staff across the continuum of care
* Execute strategic therapy awareness plans that align with Watchman's business objectives and regional goals
* Serve as a disease state expert, delivering education on atrial fibrillation, LAAC, and the anticoagulation market
* Deliver impactful customer engagements, including routine office visits, educational events, therapy awareness programs, trade show participation, and procedural observation
* Utilize marketing tools and resources to support therapy education and awareness efforts in community and hospital settings
* Analyze territory performance and prepare reports, projections, and feedback for sales management to inform strategy and territory planning
Required qualifications:
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 2 years of successful sales, sales management, and/or clinical experience

Required:
1. Equivalent to high school education plus addition specialized courses.
2. Entry level candidates will be required to attend a full-time police academy authorized by the Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Committee.
3. Academy trained and entry level officers must be able to obtain certification as a law enforcement officer by the Massachusetts Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (POST) and through the Massachusetts State Police (SSPO)
4. First Responder, Driver's License, OCAT and in-service classes required.
5. Class A license to carry firearms in Massachusetts required.
6. CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire/transfer into this job as a condition of employment.
7. Officers must successfully complete the annual firearms training.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
1. Must have good communication skills and be able to deal with the general public.
2. Must also be able to work under sometimes-stressful conditions and maintain a calm composure.

Overview

Under the direction of the Chief of Police or his/her designee, the Institutional Police Officer works in the San Francisco Community College District Police Department and acts as a peace officer pursuant to Section 830.32(a) of the California Penal Code and Section 72330 of the California Education Code. The San Francisco Community College District Police Department is a Peace Officers' Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) participant. Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Maintain law and order within and surrounding City College campuses and other district sites.
Provide a safe and secure environment for the students, faculty, staff and visitors.
In a professional and courteous manner; respond to all emergencies on District property.
Uphold the laws and statues of the State of California, municipal and criminal, enforce state and local ordinances, rules and regulations related to the San Francisco Community College District.

Perform traffic control and investigate traffic collisions.

This classification may require maintaining physical condition necessary for walking, standing, running or sitting for prolonged periods of time; bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling; moderate to heavy lifting and carrying; possible exposure to physical injury and other dangers inherent in police work. Must possess satisfactory hearing capabilities and visual acuity of at least 20/100 correctable to at least 20/30 in each eye. Officers are required to wear police uniforms, a bullet proof vests, and required police gear.
Officers are required to work flexible shifts, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Officers may be assigned to any of the district campuses under the department policy and/or at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
The department currently operates two shifts: Day shift and swing shift. Shifts are 5 days/8 hours per day or 4 days/10 hours per day: 7 days a week.

Written Exam (Pass/Fail)

There are three components to the FrontLine National exam: a video-based human relations test, a reading ability test, and a written language ability test. The passing scores are:

Physical Ability Test (Pass/Fail)
The PAT will assess physical abilities needed to perform essential police officer tasks and successfully complete academy training through four events. The physical abilities include: muscular strength, muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, equilibrium, and abilities involving all-out effort.
Oral Interview (100%)
The OI will assess community involvement, interest and motivation, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, oral communication skills, and abilities not tested by other examination components. The OI score will be used to place applicants on the eligible list.
Candidates will be notified via email of their pass/fail status on the PAT and OI. Those who do not pass may request another opportunity to re-take the test no sooner than three (3) months [90 calendar days] from their previous attempt.
