This position requires solid experience with AV and communication technologies: everything from Microsoft Teams on Apple devices to making sure all AV equipment functions flawlessly during board meetings. The person in this role will support the executive wherever he is, including at home, and will travel with the executive to ensure seamless IT support. This includes AV technologies such as for board meetings and for when the executive is interviewed by national media. The executive relies on this individual to ensure that he can lead our organization without disruption or distraction. This position is required to become knowledgeable about Montefiore's IT infrastructure, key applications, and cyber policies to function as a bridge between executive's need and keeping their devices and information safe and secure. The role requires staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
