Our Office of the President seeks an IT professional to work closely with a senior executive one-on-one to manage and optimize all aspects of his use of technology. The role requires expert-level skills in working with Apple products in a Windows enterprise. Responsibilities include responding immediately to diverse requirements including critical device troubleshooting, managing executive expectations, fast-tracking requests that are handled by other IT departments, planning for upgrades and installing new software and features, collaborating with technology staff and management across IT including digital, cloud, messaging, storage, network, security, and EPIC.
