    Our Office of the President seeks an IT professional to work closely with a senior executive one-on-one to manage and optimize all aspects of his use of technology. The role requires expert-level skills in working with Apple products in a Windows enterprise. Responsibilities include responding immediately to diverse requirements including critical device troubleshooting, managing executive expectations, fast-tracking requests that are handled by other IT departments, planning for upgrades and installing new software and features, collaborating with technology staff and management across IT including digital, cloud, messaging, storage, network, security, and EPIC. This position requires solid experience with AV and communication technologies: everything from Microsoft Teams on Apple devices to making sure all AV equipment functions flawlessly during board meetings. The person in this role will support the executive wherever he is, including at home, and will travel with the executive to ensure seamless IT support. This includes AV technologies such as for board meetings and for when the executive is interviewed by national media. The executive relies on this individual to ensure that he can lead our organization without disruption or distraction. This position is required to become knowledgeable about Montefiore's IT infrastructure, key applications, and cyber policies to function as a bridge between executive's need and keeping their devices and information safe and secure. The role requires staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Lastly, this role is expected to work with executive's schedule 24/7 on a rotational basis with flexibility to meet executive where they are. The role will be reporting into Montefiore IT team however dedicated to the Office to the President, coordinating closely with other technical teams for support on network, wi-fi, messaging, devices, and cybersecurity. This is an on-site position of employment located in the Bronx, NY with travel to other locations. Responsibilities include: • Be the primary IT representative for the Office of the President. Interact with them on a day-to-day basis both in person and in writing and provide the highest level of customer support available. • Strong skills providing support for Apple Hardware and Software, engaging the Apple team as needed. • Represent the Executive at project meetings that may affect the executive. • Coordinate Build and maintain relationships across multiple internal teams including messaging, Networking, Service Delivery etc. to troubleshoot and assist with any issues. • Collaborate with other teams on issues and upgrades involving iOS, MacOS, Wi-Fi, networking at multiple Montefiore offices as well as at the executive's home. • Assist in all aspects of A/V and test prior to meetings and by on standby during these meetings to ensure smooth and issue free delivery of presentations and conferences. • Document recurring issues into knowledgebase and notate casework • Coordinate resolution of issues through testing and troubleshooting, leveraging vendor support, and consulting with other internal technical teams to resolve as quickly as possible with least impact to leadership. • High level understanding of latest technologies and tools leadership may want. • Help enforce basic IT SOPs and Security Policies with minimal impact to Executive team. • Manage or perform changes to the Executive's devices and make sure this happens in a controlled, scheduled and safe way to eliminate and issues that could cause the executive to not be able to work. Requirements include: • Expertise in Apple device management and operating systems including Apple Mac, iPad and iPhone troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills. • High-level understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) software tools. • High-level understanding of Windows troubleshooting. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to engage, coordinate and communicate to other technical teams and drive resolution as quickly as possible when issues arise. • Understanding of chain of command and organizational hierarchy. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products • Experience troubleshooting Video conf issues, A/V issues and issues that come up with every technology the Executive uses both on Windows and Apple platforms. • Ability to communicate the needs of users to staff in other IT departments, while interpreting technology requirements • Ability to prioritize and manage rapid and frequent changes • Detail oriented and mindful about following through with tasks and procedures • Ability to maintain, track, and report project status and metrics • Reliable transportation to travel among sites as needed. The mission of BiNGS is to enhance scholarship and facilitate NGS data analysis in the ISMMS community by providing access to state-of-the-art tools and training. The BiNGS staff support a broad range of bioinformatics analyses for multiple applications spanning bulk ATAC-, RNA-, and ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN and HiC, single cell ATAC- and RNA-seq, single cell Multiome and Spatial Transcriptomics, WGS and WES. BiNGS further provides services for data management, bioinformatics tools development, access to biocomputing resources, web-based app development, and advanced computational training in data analysis. We are focused on delivering a comprehensive, rapid and user-friendly service. More specifically, we are working on multiple projects together with PIs in the Tisch Cancer institute and the broader Mount Sinai community to analyze NGS related datasets. For example, we are working to understand the role of RAS mutations in the development of Leukemia utilizing single cell RNA- and ATAC-seq; understand the role of histone variants in cancer development utilizing enhancers analysis, transcriptomic analysis, open chromatin analysis and transcription factor network analysis; in another project, we are utilizing bulk and single cell, and spatial transcriptomics to understand breast cancer metastasis to bone. Finally, we are utilizing FIBER-seq (third generation PacBio long read sequencing), to better understand how chromatin remodelers shape the chromatin landscape. We are seeking a highly motivated senior Bioinformatic Scientist who wants the opportunity to significantly impact the growth and success of our research programs, the bioinformatics core and the services we provide. The candidate will work closely with investigators to facilitate and enhance the processing of their projects. Commitment to accuracy, high attention-to-details, and ability to work independently are critical competencies for the role. The ability to lead projects and a team of bioinformaticians is a must. Qualifications * MD or DO with board certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology. * Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience in hematology/oncology, with progressive leadership responsibilities. * Demonstrated success in academic, clinical, or administrative leadership roles. * Experience in staff development, strategic planning, and program expansion. * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in oncology. * Proven track record of supporting clinical research and teaching. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative leadership skills.     The Division of Geriatrics at Montefiore Medical Center-Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York is seeking a full-time faculty member with an interest in developing as a clinician scientist. The Division of Geriatrics includes 13 physician faculty, a highly regarded fellowship program, outstanding clinical programs in all care settings, and a nationally recognized research infrastructure. The ideal candidate has an interest in developing into an independent researcher through mentorship and grant support. There is an opportunity to obtain a master's degree in clinical research through our Clinical Research Training Program (CRTP) at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The clinical responsibilities can be chosen from either the ambulatory or inpatient setting that is matched to the candidates area of research interest. The ambulatory settings include geriatrics consultations at the Center for the Aging Brain (CAB), a multidisciplinary dementia evaluation unit, and a designated NY State Center of Excellence for Alzheimer's Disease (CEAD), and the Geriatrics Ambulatory Practice (GAP) which provides both primary and consultative care. The inpatient settings includes a geriatrics hospitalist or consultative service, or a geriatrics-orthopedics co-management service. There is significant opportunity for collaboration with our research partners at Einstein including the Division of Cognitive and Motor Aging (DCMA), and our community partners throughout the Montefiore-Einstein network.
