Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Perform and lead field inspections and materials testing for concrete, aggregates, soils, asphalt, and cement-treated base in accordance with MoDOT, KDOT, ASTM, and AASHTO procedures.
Inspect rebar placement, formwork, subgrade preparation, and material delivery to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Conduct field testing such as moisture/density (nuclear gauge) and plastic concrete properties, ensuring timely and accurate results.
Review and interpret test data and inspection results, identify deviations from specifications, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Train and mentor Quality Technicians in approved test procedures, equipment operation, calibration, and proper documentation.

Inspect floors for any potential fall hazards and foreign material that may wash down and/or cause obstruction to the drains, and remove prior to cleaning.

Clean animal enclosures and accessories daily along with support and/or common areas; and/or participate in daily sanitation procedures of animal housing, transportation vehicles, according to schedule or as instructed. (The caretaker shall maintain cleaning and sanitation standards and methodologies as set forth by management in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act.)
Analyze and record information according to instructions such as husbandry duties, environment, socialization, census and/or vermin control activities in designated facility record books.
Ensure that support areas are organized, free of clutter, and appropriate supplies are available. Store chemicals, feed, equipment and enrichment supplies in designated areas and assure labeled appropriately and as directed.
Examine and report any animals showing signs of illness and/or injury. Fill out sick animal notification cards promptly when appropriate and deliver to the treatment Supervisor and/or Veterinary support staff.
Assist in the transfer and/or shipment of animals between quarters or facilities while utilizing best practices, proper handling techniques, and personal protect equipment set forth by Management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This position is classified as Non-Exempt and qualifies for overtime pay. Position may be full-time or part-time. If full-time position the employee is required to work at least 80-hours each two-week pay period. Due to the nature of our business employee's must be present at SRC 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which results in varying work hours. This position may require punctuality, regular attendance, long hours and weekend work. All employees in this position will be assigned work as production and other needs require, and employees must be flexible in moving between job assignments and work schedules.
TRAVEL: Some travel may be necessary for this position including conventions and off-site meetings. Travel is primarily local during the business day.

Job Summary:
Pre-licensure graduate of an accredited nursing program who actively participates in SSM Health New Graduate Nurse Residency Program. Under the direction of RN, provides care to patients within scope of role and professional standards. Responsible for the delivery of age appropriate care for assigned patients with a wide variety of medical conditions. Nurse Residents in the state of Oklahoma can perform responsibilities designated below (Oklahoma). Nurse Residents in Wisconsin, Illinois and Missouri can perform all responsibilities listed.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the RN Preceptor:
Performs delegated tasks based on demonstrated competence in performing nursing care activities for population served. Delegated specialized tasks may include anything for which training was received in the approved nursing program. In the state of Oklahoma, this does not include tasks/skills which must be performed by a licensed nurse.
Performs patient assessments including biophysical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and age appropriate needs of the patients, including the assessment of nutrition, pain management, and signs/symptoms of abuse or neglect in order to develop, evaluate and modify patient's plan of care.
Develops a realistic, comprehensive patient family education plan, using appropriate resources and methods of instruction and provides patient/family health education and coaching.
Completes accurate and timely documentation (Oklahoma), including, but not limited to, the processing of physician orders, in accordance with policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates delivery of nursing care given by team members based on patient needs and professional judgement.
Collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals regarding all aspects of patient care.
Participates in training to understand and perform patient care. (Oklahoma)
