-Prototypes are built to print, on schedule, with high craftsmanship and repeatable methods.
-Test results are credible, traceable, and actionable (clear pass/fail, issues logged, fixes verified).

Key Responsibilities
Prototype Fabrication & Welding
-Fabricate aluminum prototype components and hull structures (fit-up, tack, weld-out) using MIG/TIG as required.
-Build and modify fixtures/jigs; control distortion and verify geometry to drawings/specs.
-Interpret prints, weld symbols, CAD screenshots, and engineering change notes.
Assembly & Rigging
-Perform end-to-end prototype assembly: floors, consoles, compartments, lids, seating, rails, and hardware.
-Rig boats including (as applicable):
oElectrical: 12V wiring, harness routing, terminations, breakers/fuses, lighting, pumps, accessories.
oMechanical: steering systems, controls, throttle/shift, jack plates, power poles, livewells.
