    Job Description CNC/Coiler Operator As a Setup Operator, you are committed to quality and safety standards. With great attention to detail, you refer to blueprint specifications as your program machinery. This process involves adjusting mechanical components as well as CNC coiling machines. Tool preparation, set-up, trouble-shooting, and process control are a few of your setup duties. Essential Duties: Perform first piece approval, per set up approval-process. Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers, and fixtures and gauges to check work and perform detailed inspection of parts produced.
