Required Education:

South College Asheville is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Adjunct Instructor to join the DMS Department. This position is on-ground at the Asheville Campus in Asheville, NC.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop appropriate academic lectures and/or scanning lab, as well as learning experiences that allow all students to achieve course objectives in sonography.
* Ensure that all academic program requirements and forms of documentation are completed as required for each student and submitted per established deadlines in sonography.
* Provide appropriate and timely feedback to students.
* Be reasonably accessible to students for questions and assistance.
* Appropriately manage all classroom activities.
* Submit accurate attendance/academic participation rosters as prescribed by the institution.
* Submit assignment grades and feedback in a timely manner.
* Be willing to assist with visiting students in a clinical setting.
Requirements
Education
* Preferred Bachelor's degree
* Required Associates degree
Experience
* Must be credentialed in ABD and OB/GYN; in good standing with the ARDMS.
