The primary duties of an electrician helper involve manual labor and supporting the main electrical work.
Material Handling: Transporting tools, equipment, and supplies to the worksite, which can involve lifting heavy items. Site Preparation & Cleanup: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe, including disposing of waste and sweeping the area. Basic Wire Work: Measuring, cutting, stripping insulation, and bending wire and conduit using various hand and power tools. What does this role entail? The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance related tasks.

Assists Community Manager in developing the budget for maintenance and capital expenses. * Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control
* Drive promotional execution, ensure food service compliance, and elevate the in-store experience
* Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with RaceTrac brand standards
Champion Food Safety & Compliance
* Conduct regular food quality checks and coach the team on food safety standards
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Maintain and organize required documentation for audits or inspections
Drive Results Through Collaboration
* Analyze reports, identify trends, and take action to improve store performance
* Support team scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with the General Manager
* Provide performance feedback and help drive accountability across the team
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
* 1+ year of management experience preferred
* Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
* Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
Must Haves for This Role
* High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
* Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)
