Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include some, or all the following: * Lead end-to-end manufacturing initiatives, including new product introductions, process improvements, continuous improvement, and facility expansions. * Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. * Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. * Develop detailed project plans, including time studies, resources, and deliverables. * Support the introduction of new products and processes into the production environment. * Monitor project progress and performance; identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved. * Ensure projects comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations. * Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams on process enhancements and root cause investigations. * Conduct training for production staff on equipment, processes, and safety procedures. * Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives. * Prepare and deliver regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management. * Manage project documentation and records. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Performs job in a safe manner, understanding and following safety policies and procedures and makes suggestions to improve the workplace. Experience & Requirements: * License: Valid state driver's license. * Certification: Lean Six Sigma 6 Black Belt Preferred * Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field. * Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production support role.
