Collins Aerospace is seeking a Material Program Manager responsible for developing and executing Supply Chain (SC) strategies and plans for capture/proposal efforts and program execution in the STC organization. Additionally, they serve as the liaison between the Program Executive, Program Managers, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and the Supply Chain organization, and will be responsible for the development, coordination and execution of all program supply chain strategies and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be an independent worker requiring minimal oversight and have excellent attention to detail. The selected candidate will need to possess strong leadership skills and the ability to convey effective direction using strong written and verbal skills. This position will require frequent interface with various customers and will be the sole Operations point of contact for assigned programs.
What You Will Do
Single point of contact to Supply Chain management organization and internal customers, including Program Office, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts
Partner with Subcontracts Management team to support Teaming agreements, PIA and Supplier Service/ Engineering contracts
Develop and execute Material Program Strategy (MPS)/Material Program Plans (MPP), Material Sales Forecasts for assigned programs, and Earned Value Management/ Financial management including Material Estimates at Completions (EACs) and Material Forecasting
Support front end of the business SC activities including early SC and supplier involvement and other strategic sourcing initiatives
Support Supply Chain proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates, Price to Win strategies; ability to develop and communicate SCM business plans including small business and SCM risk mitigation plans
Represent the Supply Chain organization on policies, strategies, and objectives, oversee all SC activities needed to meet program requirements
Ensure partnerships with various SC functions in addition to Production Control and Operations
Assist the make/buy/where process
Lead and support risk/opportunity mitigation plans to meet program objectives
Support SCM Gate activities
Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Monitor and improve performance metrics to support program material requirements
Ensure Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) are appropriate for the product, or the service requirements
Support International SCM support/issues
Travel as to suppliers and work locations as business needs dictate
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Ability to travel as required to suppliers and work locations as business needs dictate
Experience developing statements of work (SOW) that are complete and conform to program requirements
Experience working within ERPs
Experience working within manufacturing
Qualifications We Prefer
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering-General or Industrial, Operations or other related field
Experience with SAP/PRISM and the Supply Chain suite of tools
Technical knowledge of related hardware applications, as well as knowledge of operational and manufacturing processes (assembly, integration, and test)
Experience in Integrated Product Team (IPT)/Cross functional teams, including leading an IPT team
Experience in working with Microsoft Project
Experience collaborating with Subcontract Administrators and business leadership
Experience with government regulations (i.e., FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Job Description
As a Global Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of business strategies to maximize the success of large programs that drive Rockwell Connected Enterprise through Lifecycle solutions and services. Your scope will be global in nature and have a focus on our Life Science business segment. The program manager manages the Key Performance Indicators of their assigned portfolio. You will report to the Manager, Global Programs and work either in a remote environment or a hybrid environment from one of our Rockwell Automation offices.

Position Summary

The Sr. Project Manager will manage partner communications, project requirements, work breakdown, development engineering, testing and release. You will report to the Manager, Portfolio Project Management and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.
Your Responsibilities:
* Schedule and planning across multiple teams.
* Coordinate internal and external development and test resources and working with resource managers and other project managers to insure proper staffing, project agreement and integration.
* The Sr. Project Manager role coordinates and manages multiple development projects through all phases of the development lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, release and closing.
* The Sr. Project Manager role may help develop business and marketing strategies optimizing the performance of our products.
* The Sr. Project Manager will lead the project responsibility for defining project priorities, delivery of project expectations, and identifying and mitigating issues and risks.

Position Summary
The Sr. Project Manager manages and is accountable for the project management, contract performance, and internal interface of assigned Parker projects. Manages development projects of moderate complexity and scope, capital projects, or portions of projects/programs. Serves as the focal point to all stakeholders, both internal and external, for the project(s). Project scope is generally evaluated based on non‐recurring engineering (NRE) cost of the project(s).
May serve as an individual contributor for a project and/or have primary responsibility for a matrix team (typically less than 40 FTE from varying cross‐functional areas) and may have limited direct reports. Maintains regular interaction with the customer as the point of contact for status and is the focal point for internal teams.
Essential Functions
* Ensures customer requirements are met and are in the best interests of Parker by creating the program charter, baseline plan, and other program management components. Ensures that the cost basis and/or pricing is correct by evaluating resource requirements, and performing risk analysis.
* Defines plans and monitors costs and technical performance to milestones/schedules for customer projects through coordinated team effort.
* Makes decision on technical and schedule priorities for projects within the team's scope.
Facilitates and ensures effective product/technology gate reviews.
* Continually improves project effectiveness through process and system standardization.
Communicates project status to Division staff, management, and customer through project/program reviews and elevates issues as required.
* Makes project decisions within overall budget and resources parameters. Utilize cost and budget parameters as input for project prioritization.
* Establishes, monitors, and controls project costs and approves budget expenditures.
* Leads team (direct and/or cross‐functional) to develop action plans to drive improved project performance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree (required) in engineering, sciences, business, or a related field; PMP certification required, typically required within 6 months of assignment; advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through eight or more years of related work experience with technical engineering and manufacturing projects and programs; may have specialized requirements. Prior project management experience of two or more years.
* Experience with both NPI and production project management
* Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings
* Prior cross‐functional and business experience leading projects and programs with high‐technology customers, products, technology and processes.
* In‐depth knowledge of the Project Management five stage process and proficiency with program management processes, methodology, and architecture.

As PLM Sourcing Project Manager, you will be responsible for product line sourcing strategy development and execution in both the Continuation and New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This is a cross-functional leadership role with responsibility for project management and accountability for deadlines, results, and metrics. You will be a central Sourcing interface, to manage engagement with suppliers, development teams, and commodity leaders, to deliver best in class cost, and supply continuity, while mitigating supply chain risk. Your Responsibilities:
Lead and early supplier engagement in Rockwell Automation's Common Product Development (CPD) process.
Lead supplier driven cost improvement activities. Support NPI and Continuation team's product cost targets through establishment of best-in-class cost for new components.
Drive execution of ISC Supply Chain Material Readiness (SCMR) which includes the utilization of the ISC Part Tracker and Critical Part Process risk management.
Reduce product risk through proper sourcing strategy development and execution. Drive use of 'Preferred' suppliers. Provide NPI or Continuation team with supply chain risk assessments which include obsolescence, delivery, currency, logistics, political and other risks.
Project manages the communication and activities between the NPI or Continuation team and Sourcing/Procurement. (i.e. source selection, supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy development, supplier issue resolution, etc.) Facilitates the establishment of supply management parameter guidelines with buyers and planners. (i.e. production authorization agreements, schedule agreements, lot size, lead time, logistics, packaging, etc.)
Drive Sourcing Process Improvements through elimination of variation and waste, focusing on continuous process improvement. Promote Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodology in the NPI and Continuation teams.
Interface and build relationships with Development Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Component Engineering, Business Unit Management, Sourcing, Operations Management, Industrialization Planning, Supplier Quality, Marketing and Finance.
Conduct tasks in accordance with all applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations & laws as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.
