Greg has helped to shape the direct marketing and fundraising industry for more than 30 years. During his career, Greg has conceived and built several innovative technology tools which set Production Solutions apart from its industry competitors. In 1999, he launched a groundbreaking Internet-based bidding system, www.BidToPrint.com, and he also developed the firm’s proprietary enterprise-wide production management software, ProSIS. Active in the direct marketing community, Greg was named the 2002 Volunteer of the Year by the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW) and was Co-Chair of the 2010 Bridge Conference. In 2012, he was inducted into DMAW’s “Hall of Leaders” in recognition of his lifetime of contributions to the direct marketing/fundraising industry. Greg is one of the founding board members of The Nonprofit Alliance (TNPA).

Greg is a 36-year direct response fundraising veteran with expertise in developing innovative fundraising marketing strategies and solutions. He joined the Moore team after a long tenure at Merkle Inc., where he launched the company’s full-service nonprofit-focused, strategic data-based marketing agency. He has raised billions of dollars over his career for organizations like the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen, ALSAC/St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and the Arthritis Foundation, to name a few. At Moore, he’s applying this knowledge to create world-class solutions to this industry’s greatest challenges and opportunities.

Jeff Myland

Jeff Myland is the Chief Information Officer at Moore. Jeff provides leadership for the Moore IT function driving innovation, transformation, and optimization across the platform while ensuring a secure information technology environment is maintained. Moore’s Information Technology function provides technology support services for the various Moore properties within our strategic pillars: Strategy and Creative, Audience, Data and Insight, Manufacturing and Production, Analytics and Optimization, and Production Management.

It was his long-held vision for the realization of 1:1 donor marketing and meeting donor needs for relevance that brought him to Moore. He is recognized for both his thought leadership and involvement with industry trade organizations including The Nonprofit Alliance and ANA (Association of National Advertisers) Nonprofit Federation.

Jeff Tooley

General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer

Jeff’s primary responsibility is to provide legal support and guidance to the Executive Board as well as the enterprise of affiliated companies that comprise Moore. This includes assisting the various companies with customer and vendor contract reviews, compliance with international, federal, state and local laws, and assisting the mergers and acquisitions team. He is also available to the individual company leadership and HR managers to provide legal advice regarding personnel matters.

Lois has more than 30 years of creative fundraising experience across all channels. She’s recognized as a strategic creative leader known for developing innovative, successful strategies that have fueled growth for some of the world’s leading nonprofits including World Vision, Operation Smile, Mercy Ships, the American Red Cross, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, ChildFund, Paralyzed Veterans of America, March of Dimes, among others. Lois is a passionate storyteller. She has traveled to the far reaches of the globe to find stories, craft offers, produce and direct TV campaigns, and implement integrated campaigns driven by donor insights. She is widely recognized for her breakthrough creative work and has been honored with numerous ECHO, Telly, Caples and Maxi awards for her work.
