Ensure that tools and equipment not being utilized on the project are returned to the shop in a timely fashion for use by other projects. Keep the Project Manager and Operation Manager informed of major developments, good and bad, on every project while making constructive suggestions to the Project Manager on improving procedures, productivity, and efficiency.
