    We are seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. The Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for various HVAC/R systems in commercial settings, while providing exceptional customer service. We do NOT work in DC or Maryland. Responsibilities: Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems. Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems. Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems. Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues and communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner. Performs repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems. Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop/tablet. Participates in an on-call rotation. Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Service Technician, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems. Universal EPA certification. Manufacturer certifications are a plus. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Solid understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, and other equipment to assess system performance and diagnose issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. Basic computer skills. Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.     Job Title: HVAC Mechanic - Commercial Construction Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Commercial Construction team as an HVAC Mechanic. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate and grow your skills in the trade, along with training and teaching apprentices and helpers. Responsibilities: * Thorough knowledge and experience of HVAC system installs in commercial construction environments * Ability to fabricate and install duct work * Ability to set and hook up equipment * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Work as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprentices * Must be dependable and willing to complete a project from start to finish * Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Vocational school or prior training preferred. * Basic understanding of trade principles and concepts. * Strong interest in the trade and a desire to learn and develop new skills. * Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. * Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Commitment to safety and following established protocols. * Pre-employment drug screen and background check will be performed.
