Job Description: As a Payroll Coordinator at Moore's Electrical & Mechanical, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of payroll processing for our employees. Your role will ensure that payroll is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain payroll partner records including direct deposit, tax withholding forms.
Coordinate with Partner Care to ensure all partner benefits are correctly entered in payroll.
Ensure all payroll data is regularly updated and corrected as needed.
Review all timecards for hours and coding accuracy for all workflows.
Work with project coordinators to resolve timesheet inaccuracies or missing data.
Ensure correct payable hours, commissions, bonuses, withholdings, and deductions.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly tax payments.
Prepare weekly garnishment and child support checks.
Assist with year-end payroll reconciliations, and W2 preparation.
Assists with additional support as needed in the accounting department.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 + years of direct payroll experience, including processing payroll through eft disbursement.
Demonstrated knowledge of payroll taxes.
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High numerical aptitude and detail oriented.
Able to withhold confidential information within Payroll.

Summary/Objective:
The Senior Project Manager will work with the project team to provide overall management direction for two or more projects, estimate specified work packages and develop new business opportunities relative to a particular client, group of clients, or geographical area.

Submit building permit application, follow-up on review progress and receive upon approval. Submit check request to finance for associated fees according to check request procedures
During construction phase, proactively, manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget, and safety.
Maintain customer (owner, architect, engineer, subcontractor, supplier, and public official) relationships and conduct project meetings.
Ensure prompt payment from the customer and timely disbursement to subcontractors and suppliers in accordance to the agreement
Document quality and progress of each subcontractors and suppliers. Update subcontractors and suppliers of any changes to the plans, specifications, and/or schedule
Inform management of productivity, costs, quality control, document management and processing of applications for payment. Notify management of any issues that arise which affects quality, budget, progress, and safety
Monitor staffing needs, evaluate performance, and address employee relation issues as warranted for staff

Summary/Objective:
We are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Superintendent to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our commercial construction projects. This key role as Superintendent will ensure that all MEP systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, local codes, and safety standards. Atlantic Constructors Mechanical Project Managers oversee all aspects of planning and implementing the delivery of our mechanical and HVAC/sheet metal operations for commercial construction projects, including, but not limited to, air distribution systems, ductwork fabrication and installation, mechanical equipment installation, and the coordination of HVAC and sheet metal subcontractors and vendors. Mechanical Project Managers are knowledgeable in the design, installation, commissioning, and constructability of commercial mechanical systems and are responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications to identify design conflicts, coordination issues, and opportunities to improve constructability and efficiency.

Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal project teams, other Project Managers, our customers, subcontractors, and key vendors

Coordinate with various internal departments such as pre-construction, sales, safety, estimating, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and fabrication shops as well as client personnel and others to:
Develop and maintain mechanical project schedules, including major equipment delivery timelines
Review and approve mechanical equipment submittals (AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, VAV boxes, VRF systems, exhaust systems, etc.).
Scope vendor quotes and procure mechanical materials such as ductwork, sheet metal components, hydronic piping, valves, insulation, and specialty HVAC equipment.
Scope and issue subcontracts for mechanical, HVAC, and sheet metal trades
Provide guidance to fabrication teams on duct fabrication schedules, spool pieces, risers, supports, and preassembled mechanical components
Monitor daily field progress including manpower, material deliveries, inspections, rough-in progress, pressure testing, and fixture installation milestones; mentor site leadership to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and without defects or safety incidents.
Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets; communicate financial and schedule performance to senior leadership.
Create Revenue Forecasts, Schedule of Values, Cash Flow analysis, and other financial analysis
Identify changes in scope, prepares pricing, and submits potential change orders to customer
When necessary, develop and execute recovery plans for projects experiencing schedule, quality, or productivity challenges.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3+ years of project management experience on commercial mechanical/HVAC projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems, codes, air distribution, fabrication and installation practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to apply effective and innovative project management techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software/systems
Must be a self-starter, be able to work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
Must be available to work assigned schedules
