Job Summary: The Industrial Electrician position serves as an essential part of successful electrical system installs on our industrial projects. Our Electricians are responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by promoting safety at all times.

Responsibilities:
Install electrical systems per job specs, drawings, change orders, etc.
Make repairs per customer requests
Clear and consistent communication with Foreman on job progress
Communicate with Foreman any requests outside of job scope
Able to read and interpret all job site documentation
Ensure that installations are done per job documents and drawings
Consistently uphold Moore's and the Customer's safety protocols
Complete other tasks as requested by Foreman.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
Journeyman card preferred
2+ years of industrial electrical experience
Must be able to lift 85+ pounds
Able to work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts
Able to use hand and power tools
Great interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Must have a valid driver's license
PLC install, controls, and troubleshooting experience preferred
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Internet, Email preferred but not required

Summary/Objective:
The Mechanical Project Executive will provide overall management direction for two or more projects and develop new business opportunities relative to a client, group of clients, or geographical area in the fields of Commercial HVAC or Commercial Plumbing.
Essential Functions:
Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through Director of Commercial Construction or project/labor construction managers
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
Monitor and develop staff, evaluate performance, and address employee relation issues as warranted for staff
Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client, Architect, and Engineer, to facilitate business development and construction activities
Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule, within budget; investigate potentially serious situations, and implement corrective measures
Represent company in project meetings; assist in negotiations/strategy meetings, etc.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with client
Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal project teams, our customers, subcontractors, and key vendors. Builds positive morale on the project site
Coordinate with various internal departments such as pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and fabrication shops as well as client personnel and others to: Develop and maintain a construction plan and schedule. Scope out vendor quotes and purchase equipment and material. Scope out subcontractors and issue subcontracts. Provide guidance for the fabrication schedule
Create Revenue Forecasts, Schedule of Values, Cash Flow analysis, and other financial analysis
Identify changes in scope, prepare pricing, and submit potential change orders to customer
When necessary, develop recovery plans to bring a project that is experiencing issues, such as issues with safety, quality, or production back on track
Distributes final required documentation to subcontractors

Summary/Objective:
The Structural Engineer position is primarily focused on mechanical structures and supports for our industrial and commercial divisions (local and national accounts). This position works closely with our Project Leaders and our in-house design teams to provide designs and concepts along with professional guidance when needed. This may include leading or participating in discussions with other stakeholders on designs including stamping any self-performing work. Site visits are expected to collect information on design builds and other verifications from time to time.
Essential Functions:
Provide structural guidance during estimating toward the development of project proposals
Review project scopes to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
Performs structural analysis and designs for a variety of projects with a focus on but limited to mechanical platforms, supports, and racks for large commercial and industrial projects.
Prepare, review, and stamp structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated project solutions.
Provide leadership and support for the structural department.
Oversee the creation and development of structural models on self-performing and design assist projects in Revit and/or Tekla to coordinate between structures, and other disciplines.
Conducts shop and/or field investigations for site conditions and inspections.

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Bluebeam Revu

Summary/Objective:
The Sheet Metal Estimator will be responsible for providing complete airside estimates for bids on commercial projects assigned by the Estimating Manager. Projects involved include College and University Facilities, Healthcare, Laboratories, Data Centers, Central Plants and office buildings.
Essential Functions:
Review all construction documents including Instructions To Bidders, Bid Forms, and Scope of Work
Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure coverage on all scopes of work
Distribute plans, specifications, and addenda to subcontractors and vendors via company ftp website and/or email
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits which may result in travel time on occasions

Review all take-off and pricing for completeness on all self-performed work
Review in detail subcontractor and vendor quotations for full compliance with the plans and specifications, including coordination of equipment and controls to avoid scope gaps

Upon project award, assist in procurement of subs, equipment and materials

Summary/Objective:
The Trade Trainee Program at A.C.I. offers an entry-level employee the opportunity to train and learn one of the highest-demand trade positions in the construction industry! Summary/Objective:
Lay out, fabricates, assemble, install and weld piping, piping systems, equipment and industrial systems.
Essential Functions:
Recognizes properties of various welding rods and fluxes used in welding metals
Assembles, and installs a variety of metal pipe and pipe fittings (carbon steel and stainless steel)
Removes slag and rough spots with a portable grinder, file, or scraper
Determines required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques
Performs other duties as assigned

Required:
3+ years of experience with TIG and Stick pipe welding with various techniques including electric, gas, arc, or other equipment; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience
Must be able to pass required pipe welding test

Summary/Objective:
The Fire Protection Sprinkler Helper will assist the Sprinkler Fitter with the assembly and installation of fire protection sprinkler systems, installing sprinkler pipe, inspections, deficiencies, and repairs on various job sites within our new construction division.

Summary/Objective:
The Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day activities of assigned personnel on the assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures for fire protection sprinkler systems. In addition to supervisory responsibility, this position is that of a working Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman, responsible for directly performing a wide range of skilled fire protection construction tasks.

Summary/Objective:
Our Project Engineers will work with the Project Managers (PM's) and Project Manager Assistants (PMA's) to provide leadership for two or more Commercial Construction projects. Our Project Engineers interact daily with the field crews, customers, vendors, and subcontractors. A Project Engineers main objective is to make sure that all of our team members have the correct information and resources to be successful.
Essential Functions:
A Project Engineer maintains project tracking reports to monitor productivity and labor utilization
Creates and maintain internal project schedules
Prepares complete, accurate and timely submittals for construction projects based on project drawings, specifications, and vendor information
Tracks and receives approved submittals from architect or engineer and coordinates with Project Team
Assists Project Manager and other Project Engineers by preparing all necessary back up relating to change requests
Completes of all required project close-out documents per contract
Updates and distributes contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions
Schedules all required construction meetings with the ACI Team, our subcontractors, vendors and customers
Attends pre-bid, project and closeout meetings

Summary/Objective:
The Special Projects Estimator will be responsible for providing complete estimates for bids on projects assigned by the Estimating Manager. These will usually be smaller commercial construction projects and deal with pip
Essential Functions:
* Responsible for the complete assembly of all estimates on projects assigned to you, for various trades, from the time that plans and specs are issued to bid day. Majority focus is on M.E.P.
* Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure coverage on all scopes of work
* Review all construction documents including instructions to bidders, scope of work, and general conditions
* Distribute plans, specifications, and addenda to subcontractors and vendors via company ftp website and/or email
* Assist in development of bid strategies
* Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits which may result in travel time on occasions
* Prepare detailed estimates by reviewing take-off and pricing for completeness on all self-performed work
* Review in detail subcontractor and vendor quotations for full compliance with the plans and specifications
* Develop rough draft scope of work for proposals

The Trade Trainee Program at A.C.I. offers an entry-level employee the opportunity to train and learn one of the highest-demand trade positions in the construction industry! We will train each candidate in the basic skills necessary for one of the following trades: Plumbing, Electrical, Sheet Metal, Welding or Sprinkler.
