The salary is the only positive aspect of working for this company. Regardless, this money will not last long as ,unless you are one of the 20 year individuals, you will be let go.
The CEO makes decisions from an altered state which should give you the first indication of management in this company. If you are expecting any type of onboarding forget it and you have absolutely zero opportunities to move up. This is the type of company that will relocate an individual across country and cut them in 6 months due to budget which they are unable to forecast or plan for. Just look up Mooreco and OSHA and you will get a sense of how much they care about employees.
They give out popcorn.
The fact that they have not received a lawsuit due to the hostile work environment is astounding. Leadership? I wouldn't have these leaders running a lemonade stand. As for the CEO, he wears 2 watches.
The best way for this company to improve is to close.
No preparation necessary. They don't know what questions to ask or even understand manufacturing terminology.
Excellent compensation you will lose as soon as their business strategy(if you could call it that) falls apart.
Very diverse, very racist.
Not being there or having to work with the Forrest Gump of leadership teams.
