Track classes on a weekly basis and maintain monthly PE at PF Trainer Calls. Responsible for ensuring 100% operations of all locations in a district which may require filling in as Club Manager in a situation where a club has no manager. Handle all incoming email complaints and mystery shops from district location. District Manager Schedule District manager schedules are approved by the Regional Manager monthly. The expectation is that 70% of the District Managers time is spent in the clubs. When not traveling or doing office work, District Managers should be working the standard Club Manager schedule in the clubs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Construction observation of Telecommunications Outside Plant Construction Projects Oversee construction management as well as prepare and maintain field records Assist with design, plans, specifications, reports, maps, schedules, estimates, data collection, and documents and agreements as needed Communicate consistently with the project manager and contractors Provide coordination of ReadiTech Engineering staff, clients and contractors Participate in and facilitate meetings with contractors, public and or private permitting entities and clients Provide quality control by reviewing completed work to ensure compliance with ReadiTech Engineering quality standards Utilize effective written and oral communication Lead, mentor, and direct others Read and interpret construction plans to provide client management and effectively communicate by answering inquiries from coworkers, contractors, clients, or the public Become familiar with the plans and specifications, maps, and related material for each project and be able to utilize the information appropriately Utilize Microsoft Office software as well as other software and equipment to prepare and revise technical drawings using company established standard procedures Will be required to understand and follow company established standard drafting procedures for file structure and standard drawing procedures for projects Having a strong work ethic and be a self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment. Travel may be necessary dependent on the jobsite location.
