We are seeking a Senior Accountant-a financial expert with strong leadership skills, an eye for operational improvements, and ideally experience in construction accounting, job costing, and compliance. What You'll Do
As a Senior Accountant, you will lead the monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financial reporting processes of projects, disaster restoration services, and emergency response work. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and leadership to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting excellence. There will be other ad-hoc projects or reporting requirements, such as divisional, location based, budget focused or other Executive requests.
Compile and analyze accounting activity, oversee credit card management processes and drive teamwork in AR, AP, Finance and Accounting functions.
Manage invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Review and prepare financial reports, analyze profitability, and present trending analysis
Implement and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and industry-specific standards.
Serve as the lead contact for annual financial audits related to project accounting.
Coach and develop the accounting team, ensuring adherence to company policies and creating an environment of continuous improvement.
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
3-7 years of accounting experience, 1-3+ years in a similar or leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of construction accounting principles, job costing, and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience supporting financial operations in the construction or disaster mitigation industries.
Preferred:
Prior experience managing a team in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Hands-on experience working with financial audits and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The Assistant Project Manager works with the Project Manager in running the day-to-day project management operations on the job.
Responsibilities
Log-in and track Contracts & Purchase Orders
Use experience and judgment to price, approve and/or reject Project Change Orders, Submittals, and respond to Requests for Information
Log-in, track and review shop drawings and submittals and respond to Requests for Information
Request Insurance Certificates from subcontractors to review for compliance with the Company's insurance requirements
Create and update Vendor and Subcontractor Contact Log
Price and create Proposed Change Orders
Submit, track response and issue Requests for Information
Responsible for managing the building permit process and resolving any issues related thereto
Plan revision submissions to municipality
Work with Company Attorneys on contracts, Insurance Certificates, Insurance discrepancies & Contract modifications
Act as a liaison with subcontractors to resolve any disputes, questions, or issues related to subcontractor's work and progress.
Assist with Project Schedule Narratives
Take Weekly Video and distribute to General Manager
Create Weekly Meeting Minutes - Owner's and Subcontractors meetings
Set up coordination meetings with Subcontractors
Distribute revised drawings to Subcontractors
Using best judgment, write up descriptions for Purchase Orders and Subcontract Requests
Responsible for obtaining and tracking Subcontractor warranty certificates
Responsible for creating close-out manuals
Conducts training for OSHA 10 or 30 Hour, HAZWOPER, and other Safety related topics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline
2+ years of related experience or completion of Suffolk's Career Start Program as a Project Engineer or Project Engineer with another firm

The MEP Sr, Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day MEP job site activities, including project team performance, site conditions, safety and quality standards, compliance with scope, and effective management of trade partners.
Responsibilities
Oversee, manage, and document all day-to-day MEP job site activities including OSHA safety compliance
Direct field personnel according to the project plan and Suffolk supervisory principles
Communicate issues, events, performance, and progress daily to the Project Manager
Report any problems promptly to the Project Manager to facilitate the most cost-effective solutions
Establish effective working relationships with clients and Suffolk team members
Request advice and assistance from the General Superintendent on matters pertaining to materials, sequencing, scheduling and personnel
Project Start-Up/Turnover Meeting:
Identify pre-mobilization activities in conjunction with the Project Executive, General Superintendent, and the Project Manager
Develop start-up schedule with Project Manager and send it to the Project Executive and General Superintendent for review
Scheduling:
Assist in formulating and implementing construction schedules in the field
Establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule based on the project contracts and subcontractor input, taking into account any elements that might impact the schedule
Maintain the schedule and ensure that work performed is consistent with the contract and will meet or exceed client expectations
Update Project Schedule monthly
Provide progress report with the two-week look ahead of schedule to the Project Manager and the field staff
Safety:
Ensure that all subcontractors participate in a safety pre-construction meeting prior to starting work on the project
Ensure that all subcontractors have a full set of MSD sheets on the project, as well as their site specific safety plan and current insurance certificate or OCIP/CCIP enrollment ID
Review the project daily to ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with all OSHA and governing requirements and the project site specific safety plan
Review safety reports and injury data to assess safety performance on assigned projects
Ensure project(s) are budgeted & staffed appropriately to support safety programs
Communicate clear expectations for safety to project teams
Perform safety inspections using predictive solutions software IAW SCCI safety program
Adhere to all Suffolk Safety program requirements
Quality Management:
Ensure that all pertinent benchmarks for the project are established and inserted into the baseline schedule
Ensure that all appropriate individuals become members of the Q-Team
Ensure that all 1st delivery inspections and Benchmark inspections occur per the baseline schedule so as not to impact the progression of the subsequent work
Ensure that the inspections are approved, documented, and communicated to the project team
Subcontractor and Site Management throughout the Project:
Manage site pre-construction including pre-construction survey, job site utilization and staging plans
Mobilize the field office and maintains the job site to Suffolk standards
Organize documentation of the job site for easy access and review
Manage subcontractor performance to quality and ethical standards
Work with PM to identify and resolve personnel issues and construction process revisions
Manage all phases of the construction process including documenting and reporting site activities and progress, manage excavations and assist with Job Site Utilization Plan
Meeting Management:
Attend project turnover, mobilization, and project coordination meetings
Attend/chair safety pre-construction meetings
Attend/chair weekly foreman and safety meetings
Attend/chair monthly schedule review meetings
Attend closeout meetings
Attend owner meetings
Attend/chair subcontractor meetings and any others necessary to monitor and manage the project
Administrative Management:
Complete and implement construction office checklists including emergency phone lists
Complete daily reports and maintains logs of key activities, files, and shop drawings
Manage the quality and condition of all material deliveries
Maintain required safety reporting and all other required files to Suffolk standards
Insure that as-built working drawings are maintained as well as the current drawing log and revision log, communicating this to the subcontractors
Project Closeout:
Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, work list and punch list
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline and/or relatedwork experience relative to project size/scope
8+ years of experience in related construction fields

Responsibilities
Conducts regular site inspections, recording safe and unsafe conditions using Hammertech Software
Performs administrative tasks related to project specific safety documentation and document storage systems.
Coordinates, schedules, and facilitates subcontractor's Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings, conducted with Operations Team
Acts as a resource for field operations for Federal (OSHA) state and local safety and health regulations including NFPA Standards.
Reviews Subcontractors Site Specific Safety Programs and Job Hazard Analysis prior to subcontractor mobilization.
Periodically attends and monitors Tool Box Talks conducted by subcontractors to assure documentation and quality.
Facilitate post incident investigations with trade partners post incident.
Coordinates with Regional Risk Manager's for identification of claims trends and proactive risk management planning.
Responsible for safety orientations and reviewing documentation from subcontractors for the proper training of their employees as related to the scope of work.
Coordinate, schedule and facilitate all Subcontractors Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings acting as a resources for field operations with compliance on Federal (OSHA). and state as well as local safety and health regulations including NFPA Standards.
Create, communicate, enforce, and identify opportunities for improvements in Site Specific Safety Program.
Responsible for ensuring local, state, and federal safety related permits are in place and current.
Be proficient in regional regulatory requirements.
Responsible for all site safety related meetings and update all safety related logistics plans.
Responsible for emergency action planning.
Qualifications

3+ years of related work experience in field of Construction Health and Safety. Working knowledge of Federal and State safety and health regulations, as well as local building code issues for safety and health
Bachelor's degree in Construction or Safety preferred but not required

Position Overview
This position is responsible for assisting in the creation, implementation and maintenance of Marketing strategies and programs to increase the volume of qualified Traffic and the subsequent conversion to Sales. This includes but is not limited to: support of Community Marketing events, support of on-time and successful community openings, support of
digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Work with Corporate Retail and the Director of Sales & Marketing to generate
and review marketing, traffic and sales analytics. Use reports to help identify trends and develop new marketing strategies for increased sales & traffic.
Act as Division SEM ambassador, working closely with Corporate Retail and outside agencies to ensure we are search engine friendly and optimized to support the Division's discoverability and profitability.
Maintain all division webpages on WRH.com with accurate information for communities, floor plans, and qmi homes. Webpages should be updated per company website best practices including but not limited to: description length, images count, file sizes, status/availability.
Maintain all division interactive floor plans/site plans, QR codes, and digital brochures with accurate information including but not limited to: pricing, status/lot availability, web links.
Perform a bi-weekly test on contact forms on WRH.com/3rd party listings and call tracking numbers to ensure all are connecting to OSC and addressing any issues as needed.
Assist in the creation and maintenance, of traditional marketing efforts, including but not limited to: events, PR and print advertising, direct mail, radio, TV and signage.
Maintain current knowledge of marketing trends, supporting implementation of up to
date digital and traditional marketing best practices.
Drive division ad and content development, working with outside agencies to produce A+ visuals, including but not limited to: drone videos, virtual staging, customer testimonials, display ads, promotional graphics, home and community product photos
and videos, and Matterport walk-throughs.
Respond to online reviews Yext, GMB, Yelp and other platforms. Following company best practices for responses.
Verify and code invoices, comparing actual spend vs. budget.
Assist in the creation and implementation of quarterly promotional campaign calendars -
utilizing division shared calendar.
Maintain up to date digital & printed floorplans, brochures, community inserts, My New
Home manual and ensure distribution to sales reps and sales centers.
Create and maintain effective social media presence - working with outside vendors if
needed.
Ensure Call databases are used and updated properly and provide weekly Traffic & Sales reports on Mondays to Corp. Retail and Division Sales Managers.
Support the timely implementation of New Communities, Models and Sales Centers through:
WRH.com and third-party listing
Signage and collateral - including digital collateral
Model Homes
Grand opening party invitations
Sales office/temporary trailer - including kiosk
Assist Sales on a need-be basis for model, spec, and community maintenance to support a 2.85+ Community score. This includes lot and community signage, sales center displays, collateral updates, and supplies.
Monitor the listings on aggregate sites like zillow.com and Division MLS listings to ensure they are correct and optimized.

The Role
The Mission Critical Center of Excellence manages billions of dollars in projects annually, specializing in data center and mission-critical construction for leading technology and telecommunications clients across the United States. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. Maintain the buy schedule, write scopes of work, distribute and log subcontracts, write required contract riders and purchase orders, and confirm compliance with project insurance requirements

Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence
Work with Purchasing in setting up/executing trade buyout including defining scope of work, authoring Exhibit B's, ensuring scope coverage, coordinating buy and project schedules
Meeting Management:
Attend all schedule and management meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate
Financial Management:
Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively
Project Closeout:
Deliver all necessary manuals to the Owner, consolidates project documentation and files
Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process
Deliver all warranties, as-builts and training to the owner
Qualifications

Work with clients and architects throughout the project, responsible for developing relationships that generate client satisfaction

Coordinate field training in job specific and safety training

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and experience relative to size/scope of projects
Minimum of 15 years of general contracting experience

The Role
The Field Engineer is a valuable asset to the project team. It is a position that enables the individual to accept varying degrees of responsibility that will support excellence in field operations, while developing skills and knowledge.

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.
Responsibilities
Review mechanical bid tabs and Exhibit B in contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Interview, evaluate, and select subcontractors for each project
Oversee daily operations and performance of MEP subcontractors
Approve MEP monthly requisitions and change orders after thorough review
Conduct site walks to monitor progress, update schedules, and ensure adherence to project timelines
Collaborate with BIM/VDC teams and Superintendents to maintain coordination aligned with the schedule
Partner with the A/E team to resolve coordination challenges and develop effective solutions
Review and approve all MEP submittals for compliance with project requirements
Secure documentation from inspections and testing, based on project size and scope
Manage and supervise MEP & FP contractors and the Commissioning agent throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with owner's third-party MEP contractors and testing agencies as needed
Collect mechanical closeout documentation, including as-builts, attic stock, and O&M manuals
Facilitate multi-trade coordination (e.g., curtain wall integration with security, electrical, and hardware)
Develop and track equipment delivery logs; prioritize submittals for long-lead items
Participate in weekly meetings with owners, subcontractors, and coordination teams
Obtain approvals and sign-offs from all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
Support retail and tenant fit-out activities where applicable
Prepare and complete MEP punch lists and work lists
Organize owner training sessions and manage project turnover
Liaise with public utility companies to meet project requirements, including temporary services (electrical, steam, natural gas)
Direct and coordinate all parties to successfully complete life safety inspections
Ensure accurate electrical requirements for mechanical systems and verify alignment between drawings and specifications
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (technical/engineering degree) Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire protection
Minimum 5+ years experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems
Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience
Strong computer skills are required i.e. MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to read and comprehend drawings and specifications
Complete understanding of BIM/VDC coordination including various hit detection programs
Knowledge of Local, City, State, and International building codes for the location of the project
Knowledge of ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, and LEED requirements
Extensive knowledge of testing and balancing and commissioning practices
Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
Ability to communicate at all levels
