Decent benefits but they take a little more away every year.
It's gradually getting worse on the original campus. They're much more interested in developing new facilities.
The retirement benefit is more than other facilities; matching up to 6% of pay.
The people who are the managers are incompetent and ill advised how to to run the company. Most are backstabbing, unprofessional. The home health care dept. is a joke. Not coordinated, professional and constantly misinterpreting lines of communication (when they act as though its there) I believe there is a lot of inappropriate treatment of the elderly.
You need to work for a year before your retirement is matched but as you hit your 1 year they fire you for no apparent reason. They do not pay their people an appropriate wage.
