This position is scheduled on a 4/12 schedule. Scheduled hours are typically 5am-5pm with overtime and coverage as required. Duties And Responsibilities: Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following: Coordinates and supervises activities of equipment and workforce throughout the facility with a focus on optimizing Safety, Quality, Productivity, Spoilage and Employee Engagement Communicates all pertinent information between departments and between shifts on changes to equipment, production schedules, production problems or any other related information.
