As our Product Marketer, you'll be at the heart of our campaigns, marketing activations, and sales conversions. You'll play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that captivate and accelerate subscriber growth, deepen user engagement, and drive the success of our products.
The role requires someone who takes charge, will roll up their sleeves to help the products succeed. Not afraid to try new concepts, failing quickly, and pivoting consistently until the right formula for product success has been achieved. You'll need to be a great communicator, have strong marketing and copywriting skills, and be obsessed with finding opportunities and strategies for growth of demand for our products.
What you'll be doing
Build and execute highly differentiated social video's that will bring awareness, drive demand and lead to sign up of our AI-powered small business digital marketing solutions
Own product positioning and value propositions that differentiate our A.I. SaaS solutions in the marketplace
Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize messaging and drive pipeline growth among new prospects and existing customers
Deeply understand small business buyer needs, pain points and our differentiated value
Provide input into the product roadmap and pricing based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive insights
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and customer demand for Mopro's SaaS solutions
Craft engaging, small business specific content, including Social Media, Digital Advertising and sales enablement materials

Product marketing and related marketing experience through social video, specifically influencing buyer behaviour, with proven success in a multi-product, high-growth environment

Summary:

Responsibilities
• Extensive experience advising corporate leaders including C-Suite on a range of critical reputational and positioning issues
• Demonstrated success navigating challenging policy, political, and business challenges
• Strategic thinker able to draw from expertise across corporate reputation, public affairs, crisis management and stakeholder engagement
• Builds credibility with clients by offering knowledgeable observations, insights and strategic thinking regarding communications and public affairs activities, informed by prior experience
• Support a range of corporate issues and crisis communications situations including cybersecurity/ data breach issues, product safety issues and recalls, employee misbehavior, NGO campaigns, litigation, investigative reporting, and more
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact flagging, triaging and managing client issues as they arise
• Develop and draft crisis plans, media strategies, reactive media statements, talking points, FAQs, memos, crisis simulations and other deliverables as needed
• Oversee and execute proactive media outreach and reactive media relations strategies as needed
• Provide regular counsel to clients and colleagues
• Collaborate with client partners as appropriate, such as legal counsel, vendors, etc.
• A demonstrated track record in managing crises and complex, high-risk assignments
• Experience working with legal teams, both in-house and outside counsel
• Experience working with news media, notably business and financial media and/or investigative journalists
• Ability to work as a self-starter, requiring limited supervision
• Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues across the network
• Poise and confidence to hold your own with senior executives and boards
