Position Summary: Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a part-time, Adjunct Faculty - AI Data Specialist instructor for the Spring 2026 term on our Fond du Lac Campus. This instructor may also travel between the Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac, and West Bend Campuses with some opportunities to teach online. This position is responsible for the multiple modality delivery of instruction and facilitation of student learning and providing ongoing development of curriculum, assessment, and learning strategies to meet workforce needs. In addition, the selected candidate will provide regular student support and contact, or refer to the appropriate department, to meet the learner's classroom and career goals. The successful candidate will have a associates degree in a related field and two years (4,000 hours) of paid work experience related to the program(s) being taught, including one year (2,000 hours) of related paid work experience that has been acquired within the past five years. In lieu of this one year (2,000 hours) of recent experience, two years of post-secondary teaching experience in the appropriate occupational field within the past five years may be considered. (Two years of post-secondary teaching experience means eight semesters of part-time teaching or four semesters of full-time teaching at an accredited institution.) Meet student learning needs by incorporating a variety of teaching methods and assessments. Maintain student confidentiality, records, and documentation as required by Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Submit grades within the expected timeframe. Provide timely verbal and written feedback to the students to ensure continued growth and development. May participate in the development, implementation, evaluation, and updating of curriculum. Assist with student recruitment and positively promote the College programs and services offered. Promote retention and student success through the utilization of referrals to College services and resources. Maintain ongoing relationships with K-12, Department of Corrections (DOC), community, and industry partners beyond the classroom. Actively maintain proficient knowledge and skills in emerging trends and current occupational practices. Complete annual professional development activities in areas of Faculty Quality Assurance Standards (FQAS) competencies. Complete all required training. Perform other duties as assigned.
