The Production Manager works closely with the Division Chair of the Division of Arts and Letters (DAL), the TAPSArtistic Director, the TAPSprogram faculty, and the Center of Performing Arts (CPA) technical, marketing, and box office staff. Essential Responsibilities Talent and Materials Procurement (25%) * Coordinate selection of design, directing, consulting, and stage management staff as required per production. * Upon identification, work with Procurement Department in contracting all directing, design, and stage management or consulting personnel. * In collaboration with DALsupport staff, provide all information needed by GSUdepartments to provide materials, purchase orders, reimbursements, etc. pertaining to each TAPSproduction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Defines and develops general and detailed specifications for complex hardware and software solutions to satisfy computing requirements. * Develops standards and assures appropriate documentation of all technical library references and manuals. * Coordinates hardware and software changes with other Information Technology personnel. * Installs new system software with adequate controls for backup and recovery. * Implements systems for data, files, and programs. * Assists in defining system hardware and software requirements to meet college needs * Assists in maintain sample sets in preparation for move to production. * Prepares status reports on the system configuration and assigned projects. * Provides technical support for Applications Development Services. * Provides administration and management of third party applications supported by enterprise systems. * Coordinates and collaborates with different departments of the campus for implementation, migration and integration of applications. * Proactively researches and identifies resolutions to technical issues and reaches out to concerned parties for attainment of resolutions. * Assists in establishing standards for operating procedures and parameters. * Provides input with regard to new and emerging technology. * Participates in major project development and implementation. * Provides leadership in troubleshooting production problems. * Identifies areas for improvement of the systems under enterprise applications * Provides technical support to the campus bookstore system that includes acting as a liaison * Consults relevant knowledge base and training manuals regularly to update one's skills. * Participates in SQL Server administration functions.

Responsible for ensuring the proper training of all ATS staff and drivers. Maintains integrity of the ATS Fleet Safety Program, and functions as lead investigator for all accidents. Responsible for all aspects of the ATS video surveillance system. Responsible for identifying safety issues and trends, making recommendations to ATS management. Assists in selection and evaluation of drivers from a safety perspective. Required to carry a cell phone 24/7. On call in case of accidents/emergencies. May be required to work varied hours as necessary. Will be required to participate in Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing. Ability to work with limited supervision and the use of sound judgment is required. This position is contingent upon external funds. QUALIFICATIONS 1. A minimum of two (2) years of experience driving or dispatching in the transportation industry required; experience in education and training preferred. 2. Associate's degree preferred. 3. Ability to meet and maintain the physical, drug and alcohol testing requirements and pass the criminal background screening per ATS and SWIC guidelines. 4. Knowledge of Federal and State Motor Carrier policies and regulations. 5. Have or obtain and maintain a CDL License in order to drive all ATS vehicles. 6. Must be familiar with computer programs which include desktop publishing and video editing.
