The Position:
The Assistant Branch Manager - Recruiting plays a critical role in supporting branch operations with a primary focus on recruitment execution, client communication, and fulfillment performance. This role partners closely with the Branch Manager to implement recruitment strategies, drive order fulfillment, support client relationships, and lead day-to-day recruiting activities within the branch.
Serving as a key liaison between recruiters, clients, account managers, and onsite teams, the Assistant Branch Manager helps ensure a strong candidate experience, high-quality placements, compliance, and consistent service delivery. The Duties:
Recruitment Operations & Order Fulfillment
Support execution of branch recruitment strategies to achieve timely and compliant order fulfillment
Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, placement, onboarding, and follow-up
Coordinate job postings and sourcing efforts across platforms including ATS, Indeed searches, job fairs, community partnerships, and social media initiatives
Support staffing recruitment initiatives focused on barrier elimination and improved candidate experience
Track uncontacted leads and assist in driving candidate pipelines to meet branch demand
Ensure accurate documentation of candidate, employee, and client activity within the ATS
Client Engagement & Communication
Serve as a point of contact for recruitment-related communication between clients, account managers, onsite managers, and recruiting teams
Support client meetings, check-ins, onboarding of new clients, and documentation of client activity
Assist with addressing client concerns related to fulfillment, candidate quality, speed-to-hire, and service delivery
Help facilitate cadenced client meetings focused on process improvement, resume review, and candidate submission flow
Collaborate with Branch Manager to identify fulfillment barriers and implement solution-driven initiatives
Team Leadership & Performance Support
Support day-to-day leadership of recruiters and administrative teammates
Assist with coaching recruiters on sourcing methodologies, activity expectations, and fulfillment best practices
Participate in 1:1s, team meetings, and execution of EOS L10 action items
Monitor recruitment KPIs and performance metrics, escalating risks or trends as needed
Support retention efforts by proactively addressing teammate concerns and escalating when appropriate
Compliance, Quality & Risk Management
Ensure recruiting and placement activities align with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations
Assist with internal audits related to client screening, documentation, and compliance
Support safety initiatives, onboarding accuracy, and correct communication of teammate benefits
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Account Management, Payroll, Safety, and Sales teams
Escalate ideas, concerns, and opportunities related to open orders, recruitment tactics, and internal processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to speed-to-hire, candidate experience, and fulfillment accuracy
Participate in training, professional development, and community engagement initiatives
The Qualities:
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

The Position:
The On-Site Performance Manager (OSPM) will act as a liaison between client and Morales Group, Inc (MGI). On Site Performance Manager (OSPM) will effectively service the client by streamlining the Human Resource (HR) process and strive to achieve the mutual objectives of quality and continuous improvements. Maintain good client relations by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality

Regularly conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure consistency and quality of service
Oversee time and attendance for all employees; including timekeeping system, reconciliation, and invoice comparison and payroll activities
Review all payroll reports prior to payroll run and submit to payroll by deadline
Prepare scheduled evaluations for contingent labor
Counsel site employees relative to attendance, productivity and overall job performance
Maintain attendance records, coordinate new starts and appropriate pre-assignment paperwork (i.e. I-9's drug test templates, skill checks, etc.)
Use social/professional networking sites to identify candidates
Communicate current client needs to appropriate internal parties for execution and delivery from office to onsite location
Communicate future client needs to recruitment staff and managers as needed
Maintain Bullhorn data base for client and employee assignments
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with client screening requirements
Maintain outstanding communication/working relationships with all departments in the organization
Report all hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediately
Fulfill job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the organization's “Code of Business Conduct”, its policies/procedures, applicable federal/state laws, applicable professional standards, and code of ethics
Use independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties
Work cooperatively as a team member with co-workers in all departments of the organization
Maintain excellent working relationship with co-workers, clients, and employees
Have complete understanding of Morales Group Employee Benefit package and correctly inform employees; engage internal parties as required
Stay in direct contact with Client Leadership maintaining outstanding relationships
Utilize those relationships for planning, forecasting, and all service-related delivery expectations
Responsible for reporting workplace injuries to safety team in a timely manner. Position also requires communication and follow-up through of the entirety of a claim (from injury to return to work).
Act as a Morales Group Safety Ambassador for respective client. Duties include ongoing trainings, participating in monthly meetings with safety team, liaison between safety team and client, etc.

The Position:
The Branch Manager at Morales Group plays a key role in the success of our organization. The branch manager will supervise a staff as well as oversee the operations of their specified branch. The Position:
The On-Site Performance Manager (OSPM) will act as a liaison between client and Morales Group, Inc (MGI). Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, parts, and supplies
Pick, pack, weigh, wrap, band, and prepare shipments for delivery
Verify quantities, documentation, destinations, and shipping timelines
Operate warehouse equipment safely (hand trucks, dollies, ladders, and other material-handling tools)
Assist with documentation, recordkeeping, and basic clerical tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions
Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as ladders, hand trucks, and dollies
Comfortable using basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, inventory systems)
Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, reaching, bending, and stooping
Ability to lift, lower, push, or pull items of varying weights
Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
