Location: Lenoir, NC
Pay Rate (Local): $48 - $50 Per Hour (Based on experience)
Total Travel Package: $2,002.00/week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*
Taxable Wages = $756.00/week
Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week
Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week
Schedule:
Night Shift, 36 hours per week
7:45pm - 8:15am
Every other weekend requirement
Duration:
13 Weeks (Likely Extension)
Requirements:
RN in North Carolina or Compact state, BLS
Psych and/or Substance Abuse Experience
Medication assisted treatment and use of buprenorphine or opioid use disorder detox preferred
Nurses are responsible for completing nursing assessments, administering medications to include injections, taking vitals, COWS/CIWA assessments, and other nursing duties
All individuals served are voluntary and care for their own personal needs so there is no heavy lifting, no medical or mechanical restraints.
12 bed facility crisis unit, 5-7 day stay for patients

Shifts available:
Monday-Friday 8a-5p (occasional weekends if requested by family)
Job Responsibilities for CNA:
Activities of daily living
Light housekeeping
Bathing
Dressing
Grooming
Toileting
Nail care
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
Oral feeding
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

Qualifications for CNA:
Minimum one year work experience
