Minimum Qualifications
Education Required: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a related field or project management in mental health or behavioral health from a regionally accredited college or university.
Experience
● Three or more years of professional experience with TA systems.
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with substance use and mental health state and community organizations from a wide variety of disciplines.
● Demonstrated experience in event planning, communications, and marketing
● Background and knowledge of and/or experience working in the field of substance use disorder prevention, treatment, or recovery support.
● Knowledge and experience with various computer applications related to project/database management, email processing (e.g., Microsoft Office and Google Suite), and development of documents and educational presentations.

● Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with a broad range of communities, healthcare providers, individuals, community organizations, and stakeholders in local communities to promote ORN events and services.
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with key regional stakeholders, partners, and collaborators to amplify ORN's reach and impact while building sustainability.
● Create, organize, and monitor outreach efforts and activities/events tailored to regional needs.
● Track and analyze outreach metrics, audience feedback, and engagement trends to measure the effectiveness of outreach strategies and inform future planning.
● Plan and organize regional summits, in partnership with their ORN Regional Coordinator and TTS team, that include a broad range of local, state, and regional stakeholders with the goals of amplifying awareness of ORN resources and support while increasing ORN TA requests, building capacity locally, and promoting sustainability.
● Provide project management, mentorship, and leadership to Technology Transfer Specialists (TTS), consultants, and TA requesters.
● Cultivate, organize, and coordinate activities for regional ORN consultant teams and learning communities.
● Oversee regional activities such as outreach, summits in conjunction with the Regional Coordinator, consultant organization, and networking.
● Facilitate meetings with regional consultants from prevention, treatment, and recovery.
● Facilitate connections across TA requests and the ORN Community Health Team, Advanced Implementation Specialist (AIS), and ORN Tribal Opioid Response Project (TOR) Project Manager when needed.
● Liaise with the ORN marketing team at the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP) to market ORN in the region (e.g., targeted outreach, community engagement, conference exhibiting).
● Interface with the ORN ATTC Regional Director to support decision-making and planning, and work in close collaboration with AAAP.
● Respond to and facilitate ORN TA requests. Additionally, review and support, as needed, ORN TA requests to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, and accurate. Identify relevant regional ORN TA requests to study in the ORN Learning Community.

The Residency Program Manager assists the Program Director and the Associate Program Directors in the management and direction of the residency training program. The Program Manager will continually assess, evaluate, and manage a wide range of programmatic responsibilities, including long-term planning, resident recruitment, project development, workflow review, database management, faculty and resident communication regarding a variety of topics and issues, as well as internal and external program relations management. The Residency Program Manager acts as an educational liaison between the program and attending physicians, residents, and medical students, other specialty departments, outside institutions, the GME office, andthe Medical Staff office and assures program compliance with accreditation agency standards.
REPORTING AND SUPERVISION:
The Residency Program Manager is supervised and evaluated by the Program Director with oversight of the Department Business Administrator. The GME DIO may also exercise supervision and oversight, and provide feedback and input into performance evaluations of residency program managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and implements strategies for identifying, cultivating, and successfully soliciting individuals, corporations, and foundations for gifts of $100K - $5M to support education, patient care, and research programs for a department, school, or unit.
Solicits gifts of $100K - $5M+ in support of the school/unit.
Manages a portfolio of prospects through an active schedule of solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship calls to donors and new prospects in support of strategic priorities.
May develop school/unit strategic planning and goal setting.
Builds relationships among prospective donors, alumni, and volunteers to support programs and priorities.
Builds relationships with faculty, administrators, deans, and division/University leadership to develop, interpret, and align priorities of the school/unit with donor goals/interests.
Partners with central advancement offices to ensure that potential gift prospects are properly qualified, cultivated, and stewarded. SUMMARY:
The Senior Associate Director, reporting to the Program Director, supports leadership and management of the Conflict Resolution Program and serves as Deputy/Acting Director as needed. The Senior Associate Director (Sr. A.D.), Caregivers, reports to the Director of the Rosalynn Carter Mental Health & Caregivers Program (RCMHCP or MHCP) of the Health Programs and oversees the Caregiver pillar. The Senior Residency Program Coordinator will lead all administrative and operational functions of the Pathology Residency Program, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements, and strong support for residents and program leadership.

Maintains complete and accurate program records.
May serve on or chair various University committees.
May supervise program staff, interns, and/or volunteers.

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:
Program Operations & Compliance:
Oversee all administrative operations of the residency program, ensuring timely execution of activities and adherence to institutional and accreditation requirements.
Partner with the Residency Program Director to develop, implement, and monitor strategic work plans and long-term program goals.
Lead the preparation and coordination of accreditation activities, including ACGME surveys, WebADS updates, CCC/PEC meetings, and site visit readiness.
Manage required submissions to the Emory GME Office (FTE budget, duty hours, evaluations, letters of agreement, and other compliance documents).
Program Coordination & Events:
Plan and coordinate residency orientation, graduation, and other program-related events in collaboration with program leadership.
Maintain rotation schedules, evaluations, and program workflows within New Innovations.
Oversee resident leave, reimbursements, rosters, and communication with the American Board of Pathology.
Manage all logistics for the ASCP RISE exam, including registration, scheduling, communication, and technical readiness.
Recruitment:
Lead the full residency recruitment cycle: pre-interview webinars, ERAS application review, interview scheduling, evaluation management, ranking meeting coordination, and NRMP rank list submission.
Communication & Content Management:
Maintain and update residency program website content and secure OneDrive repositories.
Represent the program at meetings and conferences and support collaborations with internal and external partners.
Financial & Administrative Oversight:
Monitor program expenditures, support budget planning, and prepare financial reports.
Assist in identifying funding opportunities and supporting fundraising initiatives.
Leadership & Support:
Provide supervision and mentorship to the Residency Program Administrative Assistant.
Support international trainees by coordinating visa processes (H-1B/J-1) and assisting with immigration-related needs.
Additional Information:
On-site presence is required at least four days per week.
Additional duties may be assigned to support program success.
This is a program management role-not an administrative support position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in a field related to specified program areas and five years related program management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.

The Morningside Center for Innovative and Affordable Medicine is an interdisciplinary unit within the Woodruff Health Sciences Center at Emory University consisting of a core group of staff and affiliated faculty at Emory. The Center was created to promote research, education, and advocacy for effective and affordable medical treatments with an initial focus on repurposed drugs and cancer. The Program Manager will report to the Morningside Center Director and will work closely with the Clinical Director. The candidate manages daily operations for all aspects of the Morningside Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, administers, and monitors project budgets.
Participates in the identification of funding sources for specific projects.
Consults with or participates in calls with subject matter experts to plan the growth, evaluation, and future directions for the Center.
Cultivates and forms strategic alliances both inside and outside Emory University with individual consultants or institutions.
Manages the ReMedy-Cancer database to ensure that data is accurate, updated, and accessible.
Assists with the development of internal grant RFPs and oversees peer review and reporting processes, including the design and upkeep of an online tool.
Prepares communication documents for articles, reports, and/or presentations for key program stakeholders.
Provides leadership regarding clinical research development and works with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies.

For students interested in launching or investing in ventures, the CBE offers a suite of co-curricular programs, events, and other resources including fellowships. The Program Manager is a grant-funded position that reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for maintaining an integrated project plan including implementation, operational and evaluation activities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Works closely with the Executive Director to coordinate project milestones, constraints, solutions, and status of active and future high-visibility projects. Leads CBE evaluation activities. Works with key team members to ensure the timely execution and successful implementation of program components. Supports the authorization of program expenditures to stay within budget limits. Prepares financial statements and maintains records of program activities. Leads or assists in the preparation of funding requests from outside sponsors and agencies. Tracks success and outcomes on co-curricular programs including post-event surveys, and suggests interventions based on feedback including student engagement strategies (info sessions, workshops, etc.) Prepares reports capturing program efficacy including compiling success and outcome data for curricular and co-curricular programming. Contributes as a pro-active team member to additional projects with other staff, as needed.

BACKGROUND:
The Senior Associate Director, Laboratory position is located in the Science, Site Strategy and Implementation Unit (S3I), and reports to the Deputy Director for Science, Site Strategy, and Implementation. The position provides day-to-day support and technical expertise for the CHAMPS laboratory workstream. This role is responsible for coordinating laboratory activities such as diagnostics, quality assurance, workforce training, and supply and inventory management for laboratory diagnostics within the CHAMPS Network.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Laboratory Management and Technical Oversight (65%):
* Develop and manage a network-wide plan for transitioning TAC production and technical oversight from CDC-based operations to the CHAMPS program office.
* Coordinate the CHAMPS laboratory workstream, including oversight of testing platforms, quality assurance, supply chain management, and personnel training.
* Collaborate with external partners to ensure CHAMPS laboratories receive consistent, high-quality supplies for MITS procedures and diagnostic testing.
* Oversee the production and quality control of diagnostic reagents for the CHAMPS network.
* Provide tailored technical assistance, both in-person and remotely, to laboratory staff in molecular diagnostics, quality management systems, biosafety, and diagnostic reagent production.
* Support continuous improvement of laboratory systems and quality assurance processes across all CHAMPS sites.
* Develop, update, and implement laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring staff training and compliance across the network.
* Oversee implementation, troubleshooting, and routine use of TAC production and other diagnostic tools at CHAMPS laboratories.
* Conduct annual performance assessments of site laboratories, providing feedback and follow-up support to address gaps and enhance quality.
Network Learning, Coordination, and Capacity Building (35%):
* Lead the design, planning, and delivery of laboratory capacity-building initiatives across the CHAMPS network.
* Co-lead the laboratory technical working group to develop and implement a cross-network laboratory learning curriculum.
* Hold regular meetings with site laboratory teams to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance
* Develop a long-term, strategic plan to transition TAC production and technical oversight from U.S.-based operations to qualified in-country laboratories, with emphasis on building regional TAC production capacity and technical expertise.
* Serve as a primary liaison between the Program Office and CHAMPS site laboratories, ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and coordination of laboratory activities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Administers, manages and is responsible for the financial reporting of Federal Grants and Contracts for Spelman College. Maintains knowledge and keeps abreast of governmental regulations and guidelines including the Office of Management and Budgets Uniform Guidance and other federal agency publications related to sponsored programs. Interprets regulations of federal agencies to ensure compliance will be maintained and attends professional conference to keep abreast of changes in research administration on the federal, state, and local levels. Responsible for the grants accounting “Banner” financial system. Monitors the activities in Banner to determine the validity. Responsibilities are to review the approved grant awards with the Principal Investigator providing consultation to either faculty or staff as needed regarding the terms and conditions requirements of the grant. Reviews and monitors contract expenditures against budget in adherence to contract provisions. Prepares and submit a periodic invoice as required under each contract. Oversees the actual approved budget for the grant is accurately established into the Institution's grant accounting and finance system, along with the applicable indirect cost rate. Reviews and approves expenditures for contract allowability and policy compliance. Oversees procurement requirements as specified by Spelman and other sponsoring authorities. Prepares quarterly, semi-annual or annual financial status reports as required by each sponsoring authority. Collaborates with the Office of Sponsored Programs to initiate and execute budget modifications and no-cost extensions request. Reviews general ledger to ensure journal entries originated by the Budgets and Contracts Office have been properly processed. Prepares a separate grant allocation schedule of faculty salaries and staff salaries for distribution to the Payroll Office, Provost Office and authorized personnel the Human Resources Office, as needed. Attends meetings relating to sponsored programs administration and stay current regarding changes in sponsor requirements and legislation effecting sponsored programs. Become an active participant in campus activities as volunteer, committee member and participates in college sponsored activities. Serves as the liaison between the Division of Business and Financial Affairs and the Department of Government and Community Relations to identify BFA initiatives that can be supported by government funding.
