The white man has no chance of advancement if he starts at the bottom he will remain on the bottom with them.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. There is nothing I like about working here. There is rampant nepotism and many seasoned car salespeople are running in the negative because managers give deals to family members.
There is constant abuse of salespeople even in front of customers. The hours are long and can be boring. There are many lies that are told in order to get you to come on board but it's all a joke. The finance also cut out commission from the salespeople to keep for themselves. You never know what you make on a deal until the deal is done and if there was any potential for commission it's gone by the time finance gets done with it. You won't make money here.
