What you'll do: The Data Management Analyst will provide Data Analysis and Data Base Management support to the U.S. Navy's SEA21 Program Office Responsibilities: Track and monitor data submissions Provide status reporting on data submissions as defined by the statement of work (SOW) Receive, handle, and transfer classified data via hard copy or by electronic means Review and consolidate functional change and enhancement requests for the database Provide a quality check to verify proper incorporation of all approved changes to the baseline documents Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. Equipment and Quality Assurance Specialist (ES / QA) - Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and provide Equipment and Quality Assurance Specialist (ES / QA) ES/QA services in support of C3CEN's PLs and CTs. The following support services are required: Work with USCG COEs and PLs on lifecycle support of systems to prevent interruption of maintenance and mission. Review and make adjustment recommendations to match inventory and maintenance requirements for C3CEN-supported systems. Provide customer support to Coast Guard field units to promptly resolve maintenance and logistics questions. Monitor stock availability and recommend actions necessary to maintain mission requirements. Respond to requests for excess material at field unit level and prepare validation/valuation packages to establish due-in for return of reusable material. Review and provide recommendations on Engineering Change Proposals prior to submission to a Configuration Control Board (CCB), analyze configuration and supply data to identify and correct discrepancies, as well as assist in stock control. This position is hybrid, and requires 3 days on-site in Crystal City (Arlington), VA. What you'll do: The FMS Program Analyst will support PEO IWS 4.0 with the day-to-day management of Security Assistance Programs and assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. Responsibilities: Provide Program Management Support to the Case Manager to include coordinating weekly calls, tracking deliverables, building briefs as required Develop Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) Understanding and ability to navigate and build LOAs in DSAMS Analyze data utilizing MISIL, DIFS and SCIP systems Prepare briefs for Program Management Reviews (PMR) and lead minute taking, Action Item tracking and report outs during PMRs Draft letters, correspondence, documentation for multiple customer/country FMS cases at the Case Manager's direction Interact with other Program Offices for pricing information and Action Items responses as needed Continually improve processes as requested by Case Manager Track Action Items from Program Management meetings and coordinate and draft responses Attend meetings and take notes, follow on Actions as needed Lead drum beat sync ups with the team Qualifications: Expertise in DSAMS application is Required At least one year of experience supporting an FMS U.S. Navy program offices Geographic proximity to attend meetings in-person at the Washington Navy Yard, as required by Government.
