Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate production equipment to transform raw materials into a high-quality pet food ingredient
Continuously inspect raw and finished materials using FOSS machines and/or visual and olfactory senses to ensure product quality
Operate skid-steers or forklifts to move large materials and equipment
Operate automatic yard trucks to move raw material trailers to unloading bays for processing
Assist in unloading and loading raw materials and finished product
Inspect trailers for usability and notify Complex Manager if repairs are needed.
Greet external truck drivers and direct and assist them in backing up and unloading their trailers
Complete paperwork for each loaded and unloaded trailer
Accurately record data and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner; determine and report inconsistencies
Clean, foam, use pressure hoses, and sanitize work area, equipment, tools, and totes
Squeegee excess water from the production floor and shovel waste materials into garbage
Perform minor preventative maintenance duties including switching out hydraulic lines, grinder blades, etc.; report major repair needs to maintenance and/or Complex Manager

Requirements & Experience
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements: certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, graduation from an accredited program, current or pending Minnesota licensure to treat patients from pediatrics through geriatrics, and possession of both BLS certification and DEA registration.

Complete client Discharge Summary and Crisis Plans prior to discharge.
Supervise and assist clients in achieving treatment goals through individual and group activities.
Complete all programming documentation for clients including goals and objectives documentation.
Complete daily logs, accident/incident reports, fire drills, etc.
To provide supervision, assistance, and training to clients in meeting their medical and healthcare needs.
Adhere to all applicable rules as laws of their respective licensing agency.

Qualifications:
A "Clinical Trainee" means a staff person providing services to persons with mental illness who is qualified in at least one of the following ways:
