* Familiarity with software development concepts and system architecture principles, including a basic understanding of databases, operating systems, and messaging concepts. * Responsible for (in conjunction with CDF Relationship Manager) managing portfolio priorities, including reporting issues, maturities, delinquencies and loan performance (including construction progress through absorption and lease-up performance, covenant compliance, and the appropriateness of ongoing risk ratings).

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
