This position will oversee general maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness standards across our North Carolina and Tennessee clubs. Responsibilities: Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and equipment checks Communicate and coordinate with General Managers regarding club needs Ensure all areas (locker rooms, restrooms, workout floor, offices) meet brand standards Schedule and track preventive maintenance and service calls Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory levels Address safety issues promptly Requirements: Prior maintenance or facility management experience preferred Ability to perform light repairs (painting, patching, small plumbing/electrical fixes) Reliable transportation (may travel between Weaverville, Marion, and Greeneville) Strong communication and time management skills Commitment to safety and cleanliness Schedule & Compensation: Part-time (1020 hours per week) Flexible scheduling based on club needs Competitive hourly pay Why Join Workout Anytime?     Part-time CNA faculty instructor is under the immediate direction and supervision of the CNA Coordinator and Director of Nursing Programs. Certified Nursing Assistant faculty are accountable for high quality instruction and for effective participation and interest in the total affairs of the College. These persons will instruct nursing assistant students in classroom, lab and clinical settings and ensure that all training and skill activities adhere to the NC Division of Health Service Regulation guidelines. The Instructor's work schedule may include days, evenings and/or weekends.
