Key Responsibilities: * Review and explain participants' screening results (height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist measurement, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose). * Proficiency in providing brief interventions aimed to help participants to understand what actionable behaviors can influence their health in an appropriate way * Provide appropriate health recommendations to participants as needed * Keep records of interactions with screening participants as directed by Labcorp Program Manager * Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA Minimum Qualifications: * MUST be a Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing * MUST be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test * MUST be 18 years of age or older * Ability to communicate effectively with participants of various cultures and backgrounds * Ability to adhere to accepted medical guidelines/practices when providing health education * Friendly, professional demeanor .
