Our Ordering Specialists are responsible for speaking with Guests to receive their takeout or delivery orders and place those orders through our software. You get to deliver excellent service to our Guests while handling phone calls for well-known and well-established restaurant brands such as, Applebee's, California Pizza Kitchen, Habit Burger, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Responsibilities * Accurately enter and manage guest takeout or delivery orders in the ordering platform while providing exceptional customer satisfaction. * Utilize effective communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all interactions. * Meet or exceed sales and efficiency metrics. IT Technician Assistant, IT Solutions, Information Services The IT Technician Assistant reports to the V.P. of IT and is tasked with providing technical support to departments across the organization. This position is located at our office in Caledonia, WI. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) and is a limited-term position for a duration of 3 months, with an opportunity to extend to 6 months.
