+ Assist in mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures
+ Support compliance with data privacy requirements and data governance in a multistate environment
+ Manage the contracts management system and reporting process
+ Develop and implement corporate sustainability initiatives, ensuring the company's operations are environmentally, socially and economically responsible
+ Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives
