You can work a second job remotely and give this pos company bare minimum, like the way they pay you. You can write an investigative news piece about the way they lie to every employee and refuse to be a reference for your next job. Go through their training program for extra money and stick around doing next to nothing until you're fired. Help bring in a union to demand a living wage and benefits. This company is the definition of corporate greed and a flagship for modern wage slavery.
You're expected to go through nonstop training. (After over 3 yrs) You will be micromanaged constantly. You will know you are disposable. You will be extremely underpaid. You can't afford their benefits. You can barely afford groceries. You will pay the electric, heat, and internet bill to run their equipment and provide your office space for free. No socialization while working. 80+% of the 2500 employees make less than $42,000 per yr. They will delay your pay increases, hoping you'll quit, and backpack you from the time you should have received your raise. This company does not care about its workers and I would live to see a union come in or this company collapse entirely.
Exposing this company's refusal to pay the people that put in the hard work to earn this company $250,000,000 per year. I also love being lied to about wage increases and continue to expect more of you while you learn to expect less of them.
Work from home, the other employees are pretty cool.
