JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed
Timely completion of work lists
Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
Repair mechanical equipment as directed
Keep a log of maintenance performed
Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required
Have keys to every area, marked and organized and be knowledgeable of the various keys
Patrol building exterior for garbage
Maintain Landscaping vendor
Snow/salt or other ground work as required (maintain snow plow vendor)
Maintain HVAC contractor
Maintain Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors
Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies
Move equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required
Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required
Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed
Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
Use protective hearing, eye-wear and shoes when necessary
Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets bi-weekly
Properly shred and dispose of facility waste
Other duties as necessary
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
An ability to work well under pressure
Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
Relevant technical knowledge
HVAC Certified (preferred)
Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
Must be able to tolerate exposure to dust and pollen due to the nature of working in a cultivation center.
Must be able to drive a forklift, car, van, and truck.
Environment will consist of office, indoor grow production, warehouse or distribution environment, as well as out-door elements on a frequent basis.
Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine.
Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

In addition to driving a company owned commercial vehicle, a Driver CDL must ensure the safe and proper loading and unloading of product, be aware of job site conditions and safety, maintain accuracy of product entering and leaving the yard, and manage the safe unloading and stocking of shingles, drywall, lumber, millwork, and other products. A Driver CDL is to ensure a culture of safety, cleanliness, accountability, excellence in customer service, and accuracy of all paperwork completed and processed.
The direct supervisor of a Driver CDL is the General Manager.
Responsibilities of Position
* Responsible for delivering products and materials to customer's jobsites using the most efficient route available while observing and obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations as well as company policies/procedures.
* Unload or assists in unloading products and materials at the customer's jobsite by using crane (boom), conveyor, piggybacks (Moffett) and/or by hand.
* Ensures that delivery schedules are met while providing friendly and professional customer service.
* Responsible for securing returning loads on the company vehicle prior to leaving the job site.
* Responsible for the completion of required paperwork pertaining to deliveries (including Delivery Waiver / Consent Form), returns, and/or transfers to ensure the accurate tracking of product and materials for inventory control management purposes.
* Assists in the loading and/or securing of residential and commercial building products and materials on trucks daily. Assists yard personnel in verifying materials and quantities for accuracy.
* Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the inside and outside of delivery vehicles.
* Performs routine safety check on vehicles according to company policies/procedures.
* Assists in yard and warehouse with stocking, loading and organizing building and lumber materials.
* Assist customers in the yard with loading material and product questions when not driving a delivery truck.
* Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Driver License and DOT Medical Certification Requirement
* Valid Class A or Class B CDL License (preferably with Air Brake and Manual Transmission Endorsements)
* Must possess or be willing to obtain DOT Medical Certification Card (preferably self-certified as "Non-Excepted Interstate")
* Have an acceptable driving record for the prior sixty (60) months of operating a commercial motor vehicle.
A Driver CDL hired by the Company must ensure their CDL license and DOT Medical Certification Card remain current and perform all required daily equipment inspections in accordance with the company's safety guidelines.
Other Qualifications / Requirements of Employment Position
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must be 21 years old or older.
* Must have high degree of attention and considerable dexterity in the control of the vehicle to ensure proper delivery while preventing damage to materials and equipment.
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with vendors, customers, management, and team members.
* Must successfully complete all Company training and certification requirements regarding equipment usage, including obtaining R.P. Lumber's Boom and Forklift Certification.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements of Position
* This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and walking most of the day.
* The physical demand of the position requires an individual to have the ability to bend, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and be able to frequently lift and/or move between 50 - 100 pounds.
* Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
It is the responsibility of the Nurse to attend to any on-site medical needs of program participants. Site Nurse will review medical exams/reports monthly of group home participants and monitor medication compliance of group home participants. The nurse will monitor to ensure any and all medical recommendations are followed. Site Nurse is on 24 hour call to address any and all emergency medical crises and may serve as a first responder. The nurse will facilitate on-site health related training for staff and participants. Site Nurse will provide monthly medical status reports to program managers.
ORGANIZING AND COORDINATING:
Screening/Intake
1. Attends activities such as but not limited to: group home intake screenings to identify and review medical records when requested
2. Is responsible to ensure medical records are present in the file upon client intake
Interfacing
1. Has the ability to communicate and work with children and adults; and provide necessary medical guidance and support at all times.
2. Has the ability to observe assess participants for medical issues
3. Has the ability to serve as the agency's clinical liaison regarding health matters
4. Maintains positive and professional relationships with medical professionals, staff and participants board candidates program participants, community stakeholders and grant funders
5. Participates in management, department and company employee meetings when needed
Linkage
1. Provides linkage to ancillary medical services
2. Establishes and maintains positive and professional relationships with community supports and stakeholders
Monitoring
1. Reviews medical charts monthly

4. Provides monthly status reports
Direct Service

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associates in Nursing (ASN)-Licensed Practical Nurse, Bachelors in Nursing (BSN)-Registered Nurse preferred
Experience: 2 years experience working in nursing field, 1 year working with at-risk children and families
Credential: LPN, RN
