The Reservations Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing individual and group reservations, handling hotel switchboard operations, and providing detailed property information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Modify, confirm, or cancel reservations in accordance with guest requests and property procedures.

Operate the hotel's PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system to answer and route incoming calls professionally.

Manage paging services, wake-up calls, and interdepartmental messages as needed.

Job Description
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for the accurate and professional operation of casino table games in accordance with house rules and regulatory guidelines. This role ensures game integrity, guest engagement, and the security of casino assets while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deals all table games offered by Morongo Casino Resort & Spa efficiently and accurately.
Maintains expected hands-per-hour standard as established by the department.
Sells chips to players and securely deposits currency into the drop box.
Pays winning wagers and collects losing bets according to established payout procedures.
Explains game rules and procedures to guests using clear and courteous communication.
Refers guest disputes to Floor Supervisors and escalates irregularities as necessary.
Verifies and signs for fills and credits; counts and balances chip trays.
Accepts tips in compliance with internal controls and guest service expectations.
Shuffles and cuts cards according to gaming procedures.
Reports suspicious play, disputes, or irregularities to the Floor Supervisor.
Maintains integrity and security of all table games while delivering consistent 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service.
Ensures compliance with all Title 31 procedures, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
