Responsibilities
Responsible for, but not limited to, knowing the equipment and in-process operation.
Handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical material.

The accounting Supervisor leads a team of accounting staff that support internal accounting and SEC reporting. The accounting Supervisor has areas of responsibility related to preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, SEC reporting, general ledger maintenance, audit requests, and routine and non-routine accounting transactions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Reconciliations and Journal Entries: Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries for more complex transactions. Review journal entries and account reconciliations prepared by staff.
Internal financial reporting and accounting: Assist in the preparation of timely financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Sarbanes-Oxley.
SEC reporting: Assist in the preparation of external reporting, including Form 10Q, 10K and 8K.
Audit: Assist with internal and external audits, preparing support schedules and providing documentation to support transactions.
Financial control policies and procedures: Comply with financial control policies and procedures as defined by the company.
Process Improvements: Continuously assess processes to identify areas for process improvements.
General Ledger Maintenance: Assist with maintaining the Company's Chart of Accounts in JDE including setup of object accounts.
Staff Development: Conduct periodic performance reviews, ensuring staff members have accurate job descriptions, training plans, performance development plans and are cross-trained on key tasks.
Non-routine Activities: Assist the finance department in onboarding acquired companies and other analytical projects as needed.
Sarbanes Oxley Control Owner: Ensure Sarbanes Oxley controls related to areas of responsibility are documented, changes are communicated, and controls are followed.
ABOUT YOU:
BA Degree in Accounting or related field required.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
5 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong analytical skills, ability to foster cross-functional working relationships, and capacity to handle multiple priorities and projects.
ERP system accounting experience preferred (utilize Oracle JDEdwards)
Ability to multitask and work well while meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The tax manager leads a tax team and has areas of responsibility related to consolidated income tax, property tax, sales tax, miscellaneous tax areas and other compliance reporting. This is a highly visible position within the organization and supports the CFO and Controller in tax planning activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consolidated Income Tax: Prepare and review work papers to support the annual and quarterly tax provision, federal and state income tax returns, and quarterly estimated income tax payments.
Tax Reduction Planning: Proactively engage in federal and state tax reduction planning, considering company acquisition activity and growth.
Sales Tax: Ensure accurate state sales tax return filings, considering rate changes, business expansion into new states and law changes.
Real and Personal Property Tax: Ensure accurate expense accruals and timely and accurate payments and filings.
Other Tax Areas: Ensure proper calculation and filing of other taxes, including, gross receipts tax, excise tax filing on stock repurchases, superfund chemical tax, VAT, and KY net profits tax.
Compliance Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate compliance reporting, including annual census and annual reports.
Insurance: Facilitate the organization's insurance renewal process, insurance audits and ongoing compliance activities.
Account Reconciliations and Journal Entries: Review and approve tax related journal entries and account reconciliations.
Audit: Assist with internal and external audits related to areas of responsibility.
Financial control policies and procedures: Adhere to SEC, GAAP, SOX, tax regulations and financial control policies and procedures.
Process Improvements: Continuously assess processes to identify areas for process improvement.
Talent Development: Conduct periodic performance reviews, ensuring team members have accurate job descriptions, training plans, performance development plans and are cross-trained on key tasks.
Other Projects: Lead various projects as related to areas of responsibility as needed.
ABOUT YOU:
BA Degree in Accounting or related field required.
5 or more years corporate tax experience.
Strong knowledge of Internal Revenue Code, tax law and tax processes.
Experience working with external tax firms on tax optimization projects.
Strong analytical skills, ability to foster cross-functional working relationships, and capacity to handle multiple priorities and projects, while meeting deadlines.
ERP system accounting experience preferred. Utilize Oracle JDEdwards, ONESOURCE, Sage Fixed Assets (FAS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

ABOUT THE JOB:
Operations / Engineering Interns are considered to be an integral part of the Operations Team and are provided with tasks that are both technically challenging, educationally stimulating, and beneficial for our organization. Under guidance of the Engineering and Operations Leadership Team, the program participant may be assigned to a team and/or work independently on specific projects, engineering drawings and documentation, calculations, tools, programs, and processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The list below describes a range of job accountabilities for our engineering interns. Specific assignments will be determined based on business needs at the time of assignment.
Learn operational processes and procedures while assisting team in identifying process improvements
Assist with and/or or directly manage, scope, schedule, and budget for certain capital projects
Create and update drawings using programs such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio
Create flow charts and spreadsheets in support of projects and operations
Update and maintain engineering tools such as cost estimating worksheets, or dilution calculators
Update and maintain databases such as preferred contractor lists, tank and equipment lists
Conduct operational and engineering analysis such as time studies, capacities, cost/benefit analysis.
Help specify process equipment and provide documentation for project files
