I’m going to be straightforward with you as someone who quit this job, and came in as a supervisor. From the bottom to the top; these people are corrupt. They will let people cuss and scream at you then turn around and gaslight you. They did this to me and then kept saying I was talking to people with a “tone”. Yet, I never yelled or cussed at anyone. The good workers who saw what I was doing knew they were setting me up. I had proof of other supervisors setting me up as well. They had supervisors committing time theft. I had HR kept telling me that every time she sees me she wanted to snatch my hair piece out of my head. I’ve been threatened. I always went into this job saying ok if the management said do this … I’m on it. But then they would never support you on it. If you are doing the right thing you WILL become the bad guy. There is no ifs, ands or buts. I always was polite to people and thanked them. I got fed up and had to quit. They have this “you have to be strong to work here” saying. And they make you pacify the bad workers. The ones who purposely slow the service, bully other workers, and fight. You could have clear evidence. They don’t care. I want to know why in this field of work does one have to have tough skin. We are to serve sick patients and do it effectively with dignity and respect. Well, this place will take all dignity and respect from you. So if you work hard, like to incorporate new ideas, like to be by the book. This is not a good place to work. You will be mentally drained unless you play the game and act like them. I was too much of my own person and I’m glad I found a better opportunity, work culture and ppl who genuinely appreciate my work ethic. This company needs to do better. There is a reason the bad reviews are saying the same thing. Don’t be fooled

Nothing at all they don’t support you and they gaslight you. Be careful it doesn’t matter if you are doing the right thing. If certain people don’t like you, you will be a target. Simple

Work on HR, should be getting harassed by someone in this position, stop the bullying for goodness sakes, actually listen to people

The pay was not worth what they put you through at the job. It’s not the patients or the nurses or the job in itself. It’s the bullying and gaslighting that management and hr and director allows
