A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment!
The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services which includes; providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Also, the Physical Therapist / PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. As well, the Physical Therapist / PT must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
Requirements include:
Must have graduated from an accredited school.
Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
Current CPR certification.
Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Overview
This classification performs eligibility-related paraprofessional work of average difficulty. Responsibilities

Your role: We are looking for an experienced Safety and Mission Assurance Director to join our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, environmental quality of all the people and processes across a large US Air Force contractor organization. In addition, the position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace. This role will ensure that all staff members are properly informed regarding emergency preparedness, use of protective equipment, and accident protocol. Mitigation Superintendent Role:
The Mitigation Superintendent reports to the Mitigation Project Manager. The Superintendent verifies that all tasks listed on the scope of work are completed and then notifies Project Manager that work orders are completed. Amentum Technology, Inc. Advanced Solutions group, a global engineering services company headquartered in Tullahoma, Tennessee, will offer a Mechanical Engineering internship opportunity. The opportunity will commence in the summer term of 2026 and will be awarded to an outstanding student who is majoring in mechanical engineering.
The student selected as the Amentum Advanced Solutions Scholar will work at Amentum' Tullahoma, Tennessee office. The student will work under the supervision of a technical manager and mentor in the Process Mechanical and/or Machine Design group - groups that perform engineering design of complex testing equipment and facilities for the automotive and aerospace industries.
Intern students will work 40-hour work weeks for approximately 10 weeks during the months of June, July, and August (negotiable). Students will work on project teams under the direction of a manager and with the assistance of a mentor, are required to attend planned activities, and must make an end-of-assignment presentation to other co-ops and Amentum staff.
It is the responsibility of the selected candidate to make their own housing arrangements for the duration of the internship period. Amentum can provide suggestions for housing options in the local area.
Job Duties:
* Perform a variety of routine engineering tasks under the direction of experienced engineers to provide experience and familiarization with engineering methods, practices, and programs
* Perform limited portions of larger more complex engineering tasks under the direction of an experienced engineer

PERIKIN Enterprises is seeking a technically-minded Project Coordinator to perform on-site construction oversight, quality assurance, and guidance for a variety of construction projects in Tullahoma, TN. Unlike a traditional project coordinator, this role is field-heavy. You will monitor various construction jobs to ensure contractors are installing systems according to design drawings, manage site de-confliction between multiple trades, and provide critical daily reporting to leadership to ensure mission readiness. This position is in support of PERIKIN's contracts to provide engineering services; program, project, financial, and information management; and administrative support to our Government Customers.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Technical Surveillance: Monitor daily construction activities across multiple project sites to ensure contractor installations align strictly with design drawings, specifications, and customer standards.
Quality Inspections: Perform field inspections of structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and civil systems. Identify deficiencies early and document non-conforming work.
Site De-confliction: Coordinate and de-conflict work areas where multiple contractors or trades are operating simultaneously. Ensure safety and logistical harmony in shared footprints.
Field Documentation: Capture high-quality photographs of daily progress, specifically focusing on "covered work" (installations that will be hidden by walls or earth) to ensure long-term accountability.
Daily Field Reporting: Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports documenting manpower, equipment on-site, work completed, and any deviations from the project schedule or safety plan.
Submittal & SOW Support: Assist in developing Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Independent Cost Estimates based on observed field conditions.
Risk & Change Management: Identify potential field risks (e.g., utility interference or site conditions) and maintain the change management register to document impacts on cost and schedule.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between project managers, and third-party contractors to facilitate efficient execution.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or Field Engineering.
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
Prior experience working on military installations or with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) / Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
High proficiency in reading and interpreting technical design drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Purpose: The Laboratory Representative will assist in specimen collection. The employee will be responsible for all issues related to laboratory specimen collection and procedures. The Laboratory Representative will be responsible for lab operations and managing supplies/materials.
