Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Guest Experience Administration Intern will report to the Administration Coordinator to assist with seasonal staff recruitment, hiring/onboarding, communication, payroll, and seasonal staff training. The Intern will regularly work with our HR and Payroll departments to provide excellent service to our employees and problem-solve a variety of employee hiring, onboarding, and payroll issues. During the Month of May, the Guest Experience Administration Intern will conduct everyday administrative duties and work with Guest Experience staff to ensure that our large-scale events run smoothly.
In this role, you'll be an important part of delivering top-tier experiences to fans, partners, and teams across the motorsports world. You'll take ownership of key responsibilities, collaborate across departments, and bring energy and innovation to a fast-paced environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support with application and onboarding activities for all seasonal employees
Compose and coordinate correspondences with a diverse group of seasonal employees
Conduct phone interviews of potential new employees
Help manage employee hiring software and tracking process
Assist with the training development of 750 seasonal employees
Manage the Track Rescue rehiring and new hire processes for around 150 employees
Troubleshoot various event day staffing administrative issues
Work closely with Safety Patrol leadership to resolve a wide range of issues
Assist with the execution of all staff welfare initiatives including boxed lunches, additional snacks, and other event day welfare items
Assist the Administration Coordinator in the planning of staff events such as All-Hands Training Day and large-group meetings
Provide administrative and operational support for IMS Guest Experience department
Assist with post-event feedback collection and reporting
Resolve and communicate customer service-related issues/concerns
Actively participate in all College Program activities and development opportunities
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Previous experience in the IMS College Program is preferred

Responsibilities

Manage NIL inventory across multiple accounts, providing regular updates on sold, proposed, and available assets to internal teams.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with student-athletes to support seamless NIL activation and deliverables.
Stay current on national NIL legislation, trends, and peer activity to inform local strategy and process improvements.
Represent the property in internal Learfield NIL meetings, sharing insights and contributing to best-practice collaboration.
Complete other sales, fulfillment, and operational responsibilities as assigned.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including home games, select events, and NIL activations occurring outside traditional business hours.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in NIL, sports marketing, sponsorship activation, college athletics, or related fields
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with increasing independence

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
